Cleanliness
1
Multiple reviews explicitly note very clean rooms and spotless public areas; cleanliness is a clear positive.
Service
1
Staff repeatedly praised (mentions of helpful, friendly team and a specifically named employee); service is a strong positive overall.
Location
1
Location on the seafront/promenade and near a small marina is emphasized across reviews as a major advantage.
Room Quality
1
Mixed comments: comfortable beds and nice rooms but recurring negatives about small room size, a cramped sofa-bed and ground-floor noise from dining/bar; these issues lower room quality sentiment.
Amenities
1
Positive mentions of roof garden and cocktails but negatives about spa/massage services not operating before April and some door/noise issues—overall mixed-to-slightly-negative sentiment for amenities.
Value for Money
1
Not mentioned in the reviews; assigned target overall rating.
Food and Beverage
1
Breakfast is repeatedly described as excellent, varied and abundant; bar/roof cocktails also praised—food & beverage is a clear positive.
Overall Experience
1
While many comments praise staff, cleanliness, breakfast and location, consistent issues with room size, sofa-bed usability and occasional noise/amenity limitations meaningfully impacted overall satisfaction for some guests.

מלון מעולה בלימני בצפון האי אוויה
Pros:
