Categories

Cleanliness
1
Mostly praised as very clean in multiple reviews, but a significant issue with bathroom drainage causing flooding lowered the score.
Service
1
Multiple mentions of warm, accommodating staff (Joan, Migz, owner) and flexible check-in; service was a consistent positive.
Location
1
Good location close to Rockwell with an amazing view frequently noted; convenient access to food and stores.
Room Quality
1
Rooms described as large, well-equipped (kitchenette, fridge), comfortable bed and sofa, separate shower/WC — overall positive room quality.
Amenities
1
Mixed to negative: kitchenette and basic amenities present, but lack of hotel services ('more like an apartment') and critical issues (no water in rooms/dispenser, drainage problems) strongly hurt this category.
Value for Money
1
Called good value by at least one reviewer and generally matched expectations given the accommodation type.
Food and Beverage
1
Not mentioned in reviews; no on-site F&B feedback provided.
Overall Experience
1
Generally positive experiences and recommendations, praising cleanliness, view and staff, but tempered by practical issues (water/drainage, limited hotel services).

I was always treated well with respect. They spoiled me !
Pros:

Exceptionally clean. Great location. Close to all the malls in the Mandaluyong and Makati areas. Staff very helpful. They took care of my luggage for storage while I was away. The staff scheduled Grab rides for me when I couldn’t do it on my own phone because I had an int’l phone number. Excellent ground service. Went the extra mile.

Cons:

None

Great place to stay.
Pros:

The room was clean and comfortable and in a great location. Walkable to the mall and restaurants. The restaurant and bar in the place is very good. We would definitely return.

Cons:

The only thing that would make it better is add some coffee and sugar packets. Everything else is great.

Pros:
