Unique hotel!
Pros:

A great hotel with spacious rooms, new, clean and roomy. It has an excellent terrace for watching the balloons early in the morning, as they take off nearby.

The location is key: just 10 minutes from the center, yet away from the big crowds. It is easy to park next to the hotel, and it is also very easy to drive from there to the museums.

Perfect breakfast in the terrace restaurant.

I highly recommend this hotel and hope they maintain the quality of their service!

酒店所有员工都很友善，服务耐心，前台帅哥给我们提供很多游玩建议。酒店位置距离镇中心很近，出行非常方便。酒店整体设计感好，洞穴酒店名副其实。房间干净整洁，物品配备齐全，早餐丰盛味美。餐厅连接宽敞露台，摆放很多桌椅，清晨坐在露台上，边喝着咖啡，就可以看漫天热气球飘浮，真是度假休闲的好选择，性价比很高，物超所值

Decepcionante informalidad en un lugar que podria ser muy bueno
Pros:

La ubicación en Göreme y el entorno de Capadocia. El establecimiento físicamente es agradable y precisamente por tratarse de un hotel establecido esperábamos un nivel mucho mayor de formalidad, transparencia y responsabilidad en los servicios que se venden desde su recepción.

Cons:

Lo más grave fue la forma en que el hotel gestionó un paseo en globo que nos vendieron directamente desde recepción por 260 EUR en efectivo. Las personas directamente involucradas fueron Selim Ayar y Muhammet Sürmeli. Antes de pagar no nos entregaron factura, recibo, voucher, política escrita de cancelación/reembolso, identificación clara de la agencia de viajes ni del operador real del globo.
Antes del pago nos dijeron que podía cancelarse y que regresaríamos aproximadamente a las 07:00. Después, debido a que la aerolínea reagendó nuestro vuelo, nos dijeron otra hora de llegada y que era “no reembolsable”, sin poder mostrarnos una política escrita previamente aceptada. La condición “STRICTLY NON-REFUNDABLE” apareció por primera vez en una factura que solo nos entregaron al día siguiente, después de surgir el conflicto y de que exigiéramos documentación. La propia factura reconoce que el dinero había sido entregado el día anterior.
También nos dijeron que el importe no podía devolverse por un supuesto seguro de aviación asociado a nuestros pasaportes. Pregunté por la aseguradora, póliza, prima por pasajero y comprobante de pago, pero no se me facilitó esa información.
Tampoco conseguimos una respuesta clara y coherente sobre qué agencia con licencia estaba detrás de la venta, cuál era su razón social real, cuál era su número fiscal/tax number ni qué compañía autorizada iba realmente a operar el globo, algo especialmente importante tratándose de una actividad aeronáutica relacionada con la seguridad física del pasajero.
Cuando pregunté expresamente quién era el dueño o responsable del establecimiento, el personal me entregó por escrito en un papel el nombre “Mustafa Kacion”, junto con otras referencias relacionadas con la operación. Sin embargo, nunca se nos aclaró quién era realmente esta persona, qué cargo tenía ni cuál era su relación jurídica con el hotel, con la sociedad que aparece sellando la factura o con la venta del tour.

La terrasse en rooftop de l’hôtel offre une vue exceptionnelle sur les montgolfières. Salle de bain très spacieuse et chambre très agréable. Petit déjeuner varié et fontaine à eau disponible en libre service à l’accueil.

Cons:

Il y’a seulement 3 vraies places de parking pour l’hôtel ce qui est très peu mais nous avons pu nous stationner à proximité facilement.

Muy buena experiencia en Unique Cappadocia Palace. Excelente relación calidad-precio, habitaciones amplias y muy limpias, y buen desayuno.

Los dos chicos de recepción fueron muy amables: me permitieron hacer early check-in sin coste y guardaron mis maletas el último día.

También reservé con ellos el tour en globo y fue fantástico.

Super recomendable!!

È stato talmente bello che ci siamo ritornati 3 giorni dopo.
Pros:

Personale molto accogliente , stanze molto pulite e spaziose. colazione molto buona e abbondante. A solo 10 minuti a piedi dal centro, posizione del hotel molto tranquilla.

Cons:

Tutto perfetto! Fin troppo bello.
