Great stay in Osaka.
Pros:

I didn’t know how to check in but once you get to the place you will find papers with WhatsApp QR code to contact them, which I did. They answered immediately and gave me all the indications. I found the mattress comfortable. We didn’t use the kitchen. We were only there to sleep. AC is a gift from heaven in the summer heat. Location was perfect! Direct line from the airport and from namba.

Tres bon séjour
Pros:

L'emplacement proche d'une station de métro.
Shinsekai n'est pas très loin .
Plusieurs combinis assez proches de la chambre.
Le nécessaire pour un court séjour à osaka .

Cons:

Odeur d'égout parfois , la climatisation qui fuit .
Parfois un peu de bruit (les murs ne sont pas très épaient)

Pros:

Nos toco la habitación 101 que da directamente a la calle. La llave para la habitación estaba en frente de la puerta (hay que introducir un código, que te dan mediante el enlace donde haces el registro, en un cajoncito). Nos gustaron especialmente las almohadas, ya que eran bastante duritas (ambos odiamos las almohadas blandas). Además la habitación esta muy cerca de una tienda de conveniencia y del metro.

Cons:

El unico inconveniente es que las paredes eran algo finas y oias a la gente que pasaba andando por la calle o en bici (que tampoco fue mayor problema por que era una calle por la que apenas pasaba gente... )

Una habitación limpia y confortable
Pros:

La cercanía a los medios de transporte que te llevan a toda la ciudad en poco tiempo. La habitación estaba muy limpia y era suficientemente grande para dos personas. El colchón era súper cómodo.
Cerca de restaurantes que abren las 24 horas.

Cons:

Que no hubiera una pequeña mesa para poder comer y el frigorífico que congelaba todo en lugar de enfriar.
Nos tocó una habitación a pie de calle y aunque a nosotros no nos molestó, puede haber gente que le moleste el ruido de la calle.

地下鉄の駅から近い。
玉出スーパーや松屋、なか卯から近い。ロケ最高。
まわりが外国人だらけで外国みたいで楽しい。
清潔。
無料Wi-Fiがある。
タオルが大小1枚ずつ綺麗なものが使える
シャンプー、コンディショナー、ボディーソープが使える。

廊下を歩く人の足音が聞こえるが、気にしなければ
どうという事はない（シャア・アズナブル）。
テレビが無いが、気にしなければどうという事はない（シャア・アズナブル）。
トイレのカギが壊れていたが、気にしなければどうという事はない（シャア・アズナブル）。
シャワーのお湯の一回に使える量が限られているので、もし複数人での宿泊なら、お湯が一時的に出なくならないか不安になるかも（オレ）。

無し。早くキャンセルして欲しい

Cons:

入口(手動)開けたらいきなり階段があって登ると各部屋への廊下があってその先は行き止まり、みたいな感じ。いうて只のアパート。誰もおらず、入口の壁に問い合わせ先の電話番号があるので電話したら相手先が中国なので慌てて切った。そこに郵便ポストみたいなのがいくつかあったがそこに鍵が入っていたのだろうか(笑)？中国人向けの民泊？女性は勿論、男でもこんな危なっかしい所に泊まるのは無理。２泊の予定だったがこの日はネカフェに駆け込み、翌日は別のホテルに泊まった。キャンセル要求してるのだが未だ返答は無し。ここは絶対に予約してはいけないし、そもそもBooking.comが掲載を止めるべき。

フロントの方が親切
近くに安くて美味しい飲み屋さん、24h営業のスーパーがある
騒音の心配は無く、他の宿泊客の方もマナーを守ってます

上級者向けの立地（ディープゾーン）なので、ドアチェーンが欲しかったかなくらいですが
昔に比べるととても安全な地域に変わったので心配なく楽しめた

Ubicacion y comunicacion

Cons:

La habitacion huele demasiado a humedad, cargar con maletas de 20kg cada una por las escaleras tan empinadas es horrible, en el barrio hay mucho vagabundo y en la cama de arriba habia como pequeñas cositas negras en el colchon de abajo.
