2度とこのホテルには泊まりません。

朝食だけは豪華で良かったと思います

特定のスタッフだけではなく、すべてのスタッフの対応が良くなかったです
外国人も、年配の男性も女性も配慮や丁寧さがなく、横柄でした。
とてもサービス業とは思えません。
部屋も床が湿って汚れていて、大浴場も垢だらけ。
宿泊金額だけは高かったです。
特にスタッフの対応、会話の質が非常に低レベルで不快な気持ちにしかなりませんでした。
仕事なんだから、きちんとして欲しいと全員に思いました。
最低の旅行でした。
人には絶対に勧めません。
きちんとした教育、整備さえなされていない、最低のホテルでした。

料理が美味しい宿！
Pros:

料理が美味しかった。
全ての料理が美味しかったです。
手抜きをすることなくしっかり調理されていると感じられた。
リブマックスは2度目でしたが、前回も今回も宿泊料金を考えたとき、次もリブマックスを選びたいと思うほど良かった。
経営者の努力はもちろん、スタッフの努力がなければこの満足はなかったと感じます。

Cons:

特別マイナスを付ける事はしたくはありませんが、しいて言うなれば現地近くの案内看板を立てて欲しい。私も迷いましたが、初めて訪れる人が迷わないようにする努力はして欲しいです。

ホテル名が前のホテル名だったので迷ってしまった。看板は分かりやすくして欲しいです。　バイキングでステーキの案内が無く食べ損ねてしまった。
