Road construction. Usually I have a dog or two and hate when places charge extra. All the names on the hotel made it confusing. Belmont Wyndham Hallmark

The lack of cleaning in the room. No cups in the room , no ice bucket , door seals sun comes through it . CHARGED 6$ extra because I was tapping a card and didn’t use cash. 3-5 business days for it to come back it’s been 2 weeks ..

Its very close to traintrack so didnt like the train running through the night its pretty loud and would wake me up

I was on the second floor the stairs walking up were dirty. Once to the door there was a hole in the middle of it that wasn’t a normal hole. When the door was closed it did not seal you could see light around the door. The door also did not latch very securely. The building was not well maintained on the outside. There was only one entrance which made it very hard to navigate. The location of this hotel was very very sketchy.

Beds weren't as comfortable as I like. But so tired slept well via the night

I guess the lady that's was there i think she works at the other hotel , not the one right next to it , ut after that obe , forgot name.but she was covering which I was told to get key n check in that other hotel .was very rude took the $100 n tried to do everything she could to catch us from not getting the $100 bak.came knocking at our door asked us what we where doing walking around n going up stairs. I told get i needed to walk cause has bak sugar n to smoke a cig.she saud u can walk down here n smoke down here.rude. as hell.n kept me at my room door for almost an hour arguing n saw my dog.n wanted another $100 none refundable. N there was no pets allowed only cats. which is bs.cause i stayed there before n but down a $25 pet deposit. So decided to contact the really people from the hotel to tell them what she was trying to do n get more money from us.n I dont know if it was the rude lady texting be baknon behalf of the really people n really manger.N ITALL IT SAID WAS NO PET NO VISITORS.....NOW IT ITVWAS THE REAL MANGER ?THAT WAS NOT GOOD .SO MY FREIND SAID JYST GUVE me my deposit bak n my 2 days I payed to stay here n ill leave.so finally we divided we were tired n after an of her arguing with us to give her more money. I gave in n gave her $50 for pet deplorable 2 days n she finally left. I can tell u this ...I WILL NEVER GO BSK THERE AGAIN.
