Pros:

Удобное расположение

Cons:

Очень маленький номер, для 4 взрослых и 1 ребенка не развернутся. Отвратительная вонь канализацией на ресепшен и на лестнице. Очень мало приборов на кухне. К бронированию добавили 39 евро за уборку , которой во-первых не было, во вторых это обнаружилось уже в момент заселения. Не могу рекомендовать данные апартаменты

L'appartement est conforme aux photos. Très propre. Ascenseur. Cuisine équipée de ce vous avez besoin. Personnel accueillant et sympathique répondant à tous nos besoins. À deux pas du tramway. Très bien situé. J'y retournerai. Merci

Cons:

В номере не хватает:
1. Сейфа ( две балконные двери не запираются изнутри!).
2. Если без сейфа, сделать запирающимися двери балконов. Это повысит уровень безопасности!
3. Мелочи, вроде небольшой микроволновочки, кухонного полотенца, небольшой сушилочки, тряпочек для протирания стола, одноразовых тапочек, шампуня для волос, зонтов на ресепшине и маленьких, но очень 8 приятных для гостей знаков внимания : несколько пакетиков чая, кофе, сахара, турецких сладостей, фруктов!

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable
Pros:

Everything was great. The kitchen had everything we needed — dishes, glasses, cutlery, and all essentials for a comfortable stay. There was also a powerful hairdryer, and even a washing machine, which was a nice surprise. The apartment was bright and had two balconies. It’s perfect for a family, as there are separate rooms. Communication was fast and very friendly. The location was very good, right in the center, with everything within walking distance.

Cons:

The surroundings included some construction and unfinished buildings, which is common in Turkey and did not affect our stay.

Nice apartment and well located in the city for sightseeing.
Pros:

Great location for sightseeing. Easy to get to and from the airport with public transportation. Property was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Cons:

The wi-fi was not great and we were provided with an unsecured network.

Super Aufenthalt, wenn das Doppelbett größer wäre, ist alles bestens.
Pros:

Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt. Der Gastgeber Ozgur antwortet schnell, ist sehr freundlich und lösungsorientiert. Vielen Dank dafür. Die Lage ist 1A. Die Sauberkeit und Ausstattung mit Spülmaschine und Waschmaschine gefiel sehr gut. Man muss allerdings wissen, dass man z.B. Geschirrtücher, Spülmschinentabs, Waschmaschinentabs, Schere, Schälmesser, Flaschenöffner etc. noch im Gepäck haben sollte. Wenn das bekannt ist, ist alles super.
Würde hier definitiv wieder buchen, wenn irgendwann einmal die Doppelbetten in breitere ausgetauscht werden.

Cons:

Was mir nicht gefiel ist, dass das Doppelbett nur 1.40 m breit ist. Das ist mir persönlich zu eng mit zwei Personen. Und zur Ausweichmöglichkeit sind die Matratzen in den Einzelbetten im 2. Schlafzimmer leider durchgelegen. Also keine Alternative. Ich spreche für App Nr. 5. Wen das nicht stört, hat eine schöne Unterkunft.
