Modernes Apartment in super Lage.
Pros:

Tolle Lage, modernes Apartment, bei Problemen schneller Service.

Cons:

Leider späte Antwort bei early-checkin-Anfrage, Wasser ging bei Ankunft nicht, Balkontür war extrem schwergängig, sodass wir dachten, sie sei kaputt. Einmal ging beim normalen Verlassen der Alarm los, den die Security abstellen musste. All diese Probleme wurden schnell und nett gelöst, nur hatten wir noch nie in 4 Nächsten überhaupt so viele Probleme und das schmälert die Bewertung etwas.

Pros:

Das App. war erstklassig, alles wie beschrieben. Wir hatten das Deluxe-App. mit der grünen Einrichtung. Jedoch gibt es Einiges Negatives zu bemängeln, wofür der Vermieter aber keine Schuld trägt!!!......

Cons:

....kein Büro vor Ort, alles nur online und da gab es bei uns erhebliche Probleme. Wir konnten das Check- Inn-Formular nicht übersenden und haben damit keine Zugangsdaten erhalten!
Der ganze Bereich um das App. ist eine riesen große Baustelle und somit ist den ganzen Tag an irgend einer Stelle immer Lärm....
Nutzung vom Balkon Wunschdenken....In evtl. 2- 3 Jahren, wenn alles mal fertig wäre, ein toller Ort!!! So aber auf keinen Fall ... und man möchte doch auch mal Zuhause verweilen ??

Schönes Apartment in guter Lage
Pros:

Das Apartment ist sehr gemütlich, komfortabel und sauber. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Sogar eine Auswahl verschiedener Teesorten, Zucker, Salz und Pfeffer gibt es. Das Badezimmer ist groß mit viel Stauraum. Der kontaktlose Check-in ist problemlos. Der Tiefgaragenplatz ist Gold wert. Das überall drumherum gebaut wird wussten wir vorher und hat uns nicht gestört. Die Lage ist super, alles ist fußläufig erreichbar. Wir würden das Apartment wieder buchen.

Cons:

Im Schlafzimmer gibt es einen begehbaren Kleiderschrank. Leider enthält er nur eine Kleiderstange, den Staubsauger und einen Wäscheständer. Es gibt keine Regale oder ähnliches, um Kleidung die nicht aufgehängt wird, zu verstauen.

Skvělý pobyt
Pros:

Apartmán byl prostorný, velmi hezký a pohodlný, s výhledem na řeku Motlawu. Lokalita byla velmi dobrá, pár minut do Starého města, v dosahu obchod, kavárny i restaurace. Parkování v podzemní garáži bylo super.

Great location. Very clean and spacious
Bed very comfortable

Cons:

Couldn't get the TV to work but didn't really need it. Would have appreciated specific instructions on how to use equipment such as coffee machine but eventually managed to work it out
