This accommodation was a real disappointment.

Before our arrival, I arranged an airport transfer through the property, and it was confirmed. However, when we arrived at Gdańsk Airport, there was no taxi waiting for us. Nobody could tell us what was happening, and the taxi eventually arrived about 20 minutes late. It was a very unprofessional start to our stay.

After checking in, we put our child's clothes in the washing machine. During the wash cycle, the machine flooded the entire bathroom and soaked our belongings. We were told that the pipes were blocked.

The bed linen was also dirty. Although it was replaced, we were told that "not all stains come out." I found this attitude completely unacceptable. If bed linen is stained and unsuitable for guests, it should simply be replaced with new linen.

Communication with the property throughout our stay was very poor. One day, the hot water stopped working, and we were told there was no hot water anywhere in Gdańsk. I found that explanation very difficult to believe.

On our last day, I tried to arrange another taxi to the airport through the property. I never received any reply or confirmation, so I booked one myself instead. The next morning, there were two taxis waiting outside the building!

Finally, although the listing mentions nearby construction work, it should make it clear that the construction is literally right outside the window. Work starts at 7:00 a.m. every morning, so if you are hoping to sleep in, this is definitely not the apartment for you.

Pros:

Świetna lokalizacja, to największy atut obiektu oraz parking podziemny dla najmujących. Na przeciwko jest budowa, więc w tygodniu może to komuś przeszkadzać, my znamy okolicę, więc nie ma co narzekać.

Cons:

Uwaga partnerki, brak dużego lustra :)

Pros:

Very good location in Gdansk. Secured underground free parking garage! Everything was clean. I liked nespresso coffee machine very much.

Cons:

At arrival we had problems with alarm keep turning on. It was quite anoying calling on contact telephone number. They send someone to fix an alarm. We lost at least an hour or two before alarm was turned off. After that we had no more problems. Also balcony doors were a bit tricky to open and close.

Pros:

Wyposażenie super, wszystko co potrzebne i więcej. Mega wygodne łóżko no i klimatyzacja która uczyniła nasz pobyt komfortowym, ponieważ były temperatury w okolicach 30 stopni i więcej.
