Pros:

The room was nice and the upgrades were modern.

Cons:

The sofa bed was uncomfortable. The shower drain started flooding out the room and you can tell this had happened before because there was water damage to the bathroom door. We used all our towels to mop up the water, and then when we asked for more towels they said we had to pay for them. They additionally were about to charge us to have someone come up to the room to clean the room even though we had already cleaned it up. It’s very unreasonable to charge us for their issue.

ロケーションと設備が最高。
Pros:

ロケーションは、メトロ駅オペラとマドレーヌの真ん中で、便利。ミニスーパー、カへフーがほぼ隣にあり、滞在型として助かる。設備が近代的で高性能。シャワーのお湯もたっぷりで良い。２４時間体制で、暗証番号制で便利。

Cons:

バスタブもあるそうだが、予約出来なかった。増やして欲しい。

The room size was very good, larger and more suitable than other hotels and apartment hotels in Paris.

Pros:

La ubicación es excelente, la habitación estupenda, (era un apartamento dotado de todo).

Cons:

Al ser un apartamento no nos cambiaron las toallas en los 5 días que estuvimos. El desayuno suficiente, no tan variado como un hotel de la misma categoría en España, pero todo de calidad. Solo disponían de leche entera, se echa en falta alguna otra variedad de leche (desnatada, sin lactosa o avena, almendras etc)
