Pros:

Apartamento simpático, com todas as comodidades para uma estadia muito agradável!
Excelente localização, perto da praia e a 10 minutos de carro do centro.
A simpatia e disponibilidade dos funcionários é um dos pontos fortes!

Cons:

O pequeno-almoço é entregue no apartamento, pelo que sugiro a seleção de alguns produtos para que permita ao hóspede escolher o que pretende e evitar desperdício.
O estacionamento na garagem poderia ter algum tipo de marcação para cada apartamento (se possível), esteve algumas vezes cheio e é difícil estacionar ao redor do alojamento.

Pros:

Die Unterkunft ist ein Traum. Tolle Lage traumhafter Pool. Freundliches Personal.

Cons:

Das Frühstück kommt aufs Zimmer. Es gibt Sandwiches, Rührei, gekochte Eier , kleine Croissants und Brötchen. Man kann per whats app bei spiros wünsche äussern nur leider werden diese nicht oder tage später erst umgesetzt. Auch die gewünschte frühstückszeit wird nur selten eingehalten.

Potenzial der Anlage wird leider nicht wirklich genutzt
Pros:

Moderne Einrichtung, schöner Poolbereich. Lage mit einem Mietwagen ganz gut. Nahe zur Stadt und zu schönen Stränden. Größe des Apartments. Waschmaschine und Waschtabs vorhanden. Moskitonetze an allen Fenstern. Schlafbereich war sehr gut abzudunkeln

Cons:

Schild Rezeption führt in eine sehr verwinkelte Tiefgarage, in der kleine Apartments sind. Diese sind an dubiose Männer vermietet, die dort herumlungern und abends/ nachts sehr laut schreien/ feiern und alles einrauchen.
Gastgeber wurde kontaktiert, weil unsere kleinen Kinder nicht schlafen konnten, aufgrund des Lärms, dieser war aber nicht hilfreich.
Begrüßung sehr unpersönlich auch in der Tiefgarage. Es wurde kurz das Apartment aufgesperrt und nichts erklärt. Lediglich die Frühstückszeit wurde abgefragt (das hat leider trotz täglicher Bitte nicht geklappt und wir wurden bis auf den letzten Tag täglich von der Klingel geweckt).
Frühstück war auch immer das gleiche. Ab und zu gab es Joghurt dazu. Ansonsten sehr günstige, qualitativ schlechte Fertigprodukte. Keine Butter, kein Obst. Schinken- Käse- Toasts und Pancakes aus der Packung etc.
Wir mussten generell alles (oft auch mehrfach) erfragen (Handtücher, Poolhandtücher, Babybett…)
Auch soll die Anlage sehr neu sein, wirkt aber schon abgewohnt und wenig gepflegt. Wir baten dann nochmal darum, dass der Boden gewischt wurde nach Ankunft, da er sehr dreckig war. Auch der weiße Couchbezug (der abziehbar ist) war sehr schmuddelig und dreckig. Wasserhähne, Dusche sehr verkalkt. Insgesamt waren wir mit der Sauberkeit nicht so richtig zufrieden.
Es gibt eine Spülmaschine- aber keine Tabs. Die Kissen sind extrem hart. Bei einigen Türen hatte man ständig den Türgriff in der Hand.
Leider können wir die vielen positiven Bewertungen nicht teilen. Den Gastgeber haben wir nie kennengelernt. Lediglich whatsapp- Kontakt, der nicht sehr hilfreich war.
Anlage hätte viel Potenzial. Aber dass in der Tiefgarage lauter dubiose Männer untergebracht werden, die dort auf Stühlen rumhängen und abends sehr laut sind, hat uns massiv gestört. Als familienfreundliche Boutique- Apartmentanlage (wie vom Gastgeber beschrieben) können wir das ganze wirklich nicht bezeichnen.

Prima uitvalsbasis voor een paar dagen vakantie op Naxos
Pros:

Ruim appartement, met 2 personen in een 4 persoonsappartement, nieuw gebouw, mooi zwembad.

Cons:

Het ontbijt was roomservice en onder de maat. Te weinig keus in gezonde opties, geen vers fruit. Geen lijst waaruit je een keuze kon maken.
De badkamer is in verhouding tot de rest van het appartement erg klein. Je kunt niet met 2 personen tegelijk de wastafel gebruiken, want dan zit de deur in de weg.
In de woonkamer annex keuken is er 1 grote hanglamp met sfeerloos fel licht.

Pros:

Very modern, new and good size apartment. Owners were very helpful and friendly. Swimming pool was excellent. Generous with welcome gifts.

Cons:

A bit on the edge of things although the beach was really nice. We thought there was a washing machine but there wasn't. Breakfasts were fine but maybe fruit and yogurt rather than ham toasties.

Μείναμε στο Nilea Island Living για 8 νύχτες και η εμπειρία μας ήταν εξαιρετική! Το κατάλυμα είναι πολύ προσεγμένο, με μοντέρνα αισθητική και νησιώτικη ατμόσφαιρα που σε χαλαρώνει από την πρώτη στιγμή. Το δωμάτιο ήταν άνετο, πεντακάθαρο και πλήρως εξοπλισμένο. Η τοποθεσία κοντά σε ό,τι χρειάζεσαι.Το πιο σημαντικό: η διαχείριση γίνεται προσωπικά από τον ιδιοκτήτη, ο οποίος ήταν πάντα ευγενικός, πρόθυμος να βοηθήσει και έκανε τα πάντα για να νιώσουμε άνετα. Έντονη αίσθηση φιλοξενίας και φροντίδας. Το συστήνουμε ανεπιφύλακτα και θα το επιλέγαμε ξανά χωρίς δεύτερη σκέψη!
