Shower was scorching hot.
Only 1 bowl.
No soap dish.
Couldn't get any channels on T V, rang for help, told they would get back to us, but didn't.

Stylish, spotless and very good location!
Pros:

The room is spotless! I run a holiday let company and know how hard cleaners work so big praise to these cleaners! Thanks you. Location is central, took us 10 mins to walk to town or 2 mins to the beach. The room decor is bright, our room was in the basement but you wouldn’t have known. Very comfy bed. We didn’t use the pool but of we visit again we will be there! We only stayed for 1 night.

Cons:

We didn’t dislike anything! But general feedback would be to have a mirror in the bedroom to be able to use the hair dryer in front of the a mirror. There is a mirror in the bathroom but it won’t reach from the socket in the bedroom. Just a nice touch for the girls 😜 There is a little stock of tea coffee and milk. They do also supply coffee pods, but unfortunately the pods can’t be used in the Nespresso machine that’s there. The machine is a vertuo and these pods are for the smaller Nespresso machine.

Great for a weekend away couldn't stop any longer dont the facilities are correct for a longer stay

Very clean comfortable bed and the view from the window was amazing

Cons:

No teabags only 4 sachets of milk and 1 packet of coffee
Only one set of cutlery so I had to eat with a spoon
Shower door didnt close properly had to lift it first to close it

Nice break but would expect more for £150 per night. Not good value for money.
Pros:

Lovely view from sea view room.

Cons:

Description said there would be drinks in room but no milk to make a cuppa. Descriptions said there was a kitchenette but no toaster, no hob just a microwave, fridge and kettle. Shower was hard to turn off and on. Rooms really thin walls, could hear next door snoring all night. Description suggested swimming pool was onsite but it’s at another hotel down the road.

Fantastic apartment and definitely would stay again
Pros:

My wife and i stayed here for a short midweek break and were delighted with our choice.
The apartment was well decorated, modern, spotlessly clean, comfy bed and wonderful views across Scarbrouough - especially from the balcony!
Check in was easy and access to the Spa facilities at the nearby Red Lea Hotel was an excellent addition and a nice way to spend a couple of lazy hours.
All in all, a fantastic stay and would definitely stay here again.

Cons:

Our apartment was on the top floor, so while it was great for views etc, the stairs were quite a battle and car parking was subject to availability on the road outside.

Could have been so much better !
Pros:

The view was awesome and the decor was beautiful. It was a well equipped room with microwave and little fridge.. etc. the bed was comfortable and Netflix available.

Cons:

Unless the room was noisy.. workmen started on the property next door around 8.10 am with scaffolding looking straight into our room. Unfortunately someone had their TV on loud until 2am.. so not great for sleeping

Beach house with a view
Pros:

We enjoyed our stay at the beach house. We stayed in the cabana which was very spacious and had everything that we needed. We was about 20mins walk from the town centre too which was perfect.

Cons:

We was not too happy about the small pile of rubbish that the cleaners had left behind the door where the clothes hanger was situated. Also we thought the bathroom was a little on the small side near the toilet

Had a lovely stay and would definitely stay there again.
Pros:

The property is perfectly located. Easy access to the building and room. Lovely sized room.

Cons:

The floor had not been swept and felt dirty to touch. Everything else in the room was exceptionally clean. The coffee machine did not work.

Lovely 2 night stay great location, clean good sized well decorated room, Wouk’s definitely return.
Pros:

Very clean, rooms were a good size everything you needed. bed and pillows were comfy.
Was able to park outside the property.

Cons:

Been on the top floor lots of steps no lift.
Needed bigger bin in the living area.v view from the window of next doors scaffolding wasn’t great.
No black out blinds was very bright in the mornings.
