Shambolic wouldn't go there again even if it was free.
Pros:

Didn't like anything

Cons:

We were not put in a deluxe room which we booked.
Also shower door would not close.
Small fan inadequate.
Tiny fridge inadequate.
Small window only opened tiny bit.
It was like being in a green house.
So we didn't stay.
We were charged £368 for 2 nights so too expensive.
So we felt that it was mis sold to us.

First night not so good, 2nd night, with sea view EXCELLENT
Pros:

The code to access property didn't arrive in time so that was an initial issue.
Our first room had no view but the next night we moved and had a fabulous sea view!!

Cons:

Having no code when we arrived .
Took a lot of phone calls etc to sort out

Pros:

The decor is exceptional and very cool. Everything you need in one place - kitchen facilities - bathroom - cleanliness - the fantastic views...but yeah the decor just stood out for us.
Wish our break was longer just so we could've spent more ti.e in the room.

Great stay, but maybe request a sea view
Pros:

Room was very clean, and decorated nicely with a bright and fresh feel. Good location. Lots of facilities in the room including microwave and coffee machine

Cons:

I wish we had requested a sea view. We were at a lower level at the back so although it had natural sunlight, there was no view

Lovely room nice and clean but stairs were an issue.
Pros:

Really clean and a nice room

Cons:

When we booked there’s was nothing about how many flights of stairs there were to get to the room. There was no lift and my husband has mobility difficulties with stairs.

The room was nice size & nicely decorated

Cons:

Cobwebs in bathroom and bedroom. Plastic tumbler in bathroom still had toothpaste at bottom. Makes me think did they actually clean the place. Makings on ceiling. They should have informed us about scaffolding outside next to the balcony. Ruined the view.

Not an apartment

Nicely decorated, good location

Cons:

Described as a superior double apartment, it was a room with a double bed,a kettle, coffee machine and microwave, no workspace to prepare the food,no where to sit and eat the food. The gym and pool where not part of this hotel run down and are unclean , take your own towel if you want to risk the pool. £7 to hire 2 towels!!! Not sure how long they had been sat at the reception of the red lea where the pool is. Reception staff there are really not interested in communicating with someone from the apartments.

Pros:

I was disappointed that we did not get the information about not having a view until after we paid the room. Also the pool was not functioning so both our reasons for choosing this hotel was not delivered on. However the room was nice and had a top location in Scarborough.
