Pros:

What we liked most was the friendliness of the staff. They gave us a warm welcome, and every day we could have coffee and a snack in the lobby, completely free of charge. Directions were clear. The room and beds were comfortable and clean. We loved the location; it was close to the historic center of Florence, and we could walk everywhere, with good public transport nearby.

We absolutely loved everything, we had a wonderful stay. Thank you

L' accoglienza è stata ottima e la disponibilità della signora della reception. È venuta due volte in camera perché non riuscivo ad accendere la TV. Gentilezza dello staff. La camera era molto confortevole e pulita.

Personal muy amable, cambiaron la nevera de la habitación porque no funcionaba bien. También dieron mucha información sobre la ciudad, qué visitar. Todo muy bien, para una estancia corta es perfecto. A unos 10 minutos caminando del centro y un supermercado muy cerca.

Cons:

Quizá que el aire acondicionado y el ascensor hacían mucho ruido y en algún momento era algo molesto. Y que no hubieran canales de televisión internacionales
