Excelente atendimento, quarto super confortável, amei que tinha bastante lugar para guardar as coisas. Vista linda, café da manhã maravilhoso. Inclusive conseguiram requeijão vegano para minha filha . Ótimo atendimento do pessoal. Na sexta teve a branca de neve e milha filho ficou encantada. Uma querida ela .

The property was absolutely beautiful and had all the amenities a great hotel could possibly offer. The staff were extremely friendly, kind, helpful, and professional. I’d like to give special thanks to Wesley, John, Adriel, and the entire staff for their hospitality.
Located right next to Lago Negro, the hotel was only a few minutes away on foot.
The breakfast was really good as well.
Hands down, this is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed at. If I ever return to Gramado, I know exactly where I’ll be staying.
