We really appreciated the friendly, accommodating, and helpful staff. Special thanks to Jeff, our driver; Alichael and Jen at reception; and Randy from security for making our stay comfortable and pleasant. We also enjoyed the good breakfast and the overall relaxing atmosphere of the property.

Cons:

The only issue we experienced was with Room 216, which had moisture and water dripping from the walls. We hope this can be addressed, as it affected our comfort during the stay. Aside from this, everything else was great.

Personalet virkelig flink og venlige. Morgenmaden var fin med æg og bacon, brød mm. Poolen havde en god størrelse med forskellige dybder.

Der var lidt arbejdsstøj om morgenen.

La piscine est très belle, le bar à côté très sympa. Le fait de pouvoir petit déjeuner ou déjeuner dans différents endroits. Calme et agréable. Parfait !

Schönes Hotel mit sehr nettem, aufmerksamen Personal. Wir hatten ein grosses Zimmer ( Suite)

A little out of town and that is a good thing. Transportation always ready.
Pros:

Every detail at this hotel was covered. From the start the airport pickup was standing out side as directed. Front desk was super nice the whole stay. The room could not be better. Every detail including the fully stocked refrigerator and room service were exceptional. Get the breakfast it was great everyday. The security could not be beat always hailing a safe ride anywhere anytime. I cannot say enough about this stay without mentioning the bar service Kai has some of his favorites you will want to try. I ended up eating most diners in their restaurant because it was good and safe. And ended with good airport ride secured at front desk.

Good but overpriced food in a very noisy hotel
Pros:

Food was better than expected - but also quite a bit more expensive than what we initially anticipated.

Cons:

Right after trying to check in, which we appreciate was hours before the normal check-in time, staff at the front desk told us that there's a guest in our designated room who has not yet checked out, and they will do so at "11 or 12". (Note that check-out time is at 11am, this is also what we were told.)
Staff had us waiting for several hours and when we asked when our room would be ready, they first said, at 12:38, that the previous guest has "just checked out", but when we asked them an hour later, they said that the reason our room is still not ready is because "cleaners have a break between 12 and 1 pm" - which we, of course, did not believe. Finally, at 13:45 they let us in our room (normally, check-in is at 14:00). This would have been more or less OK, less the lie they told us ("the guest has just checked out" vs "cleaners had a break"), however, days later we saw with our own eyes that staff let local Filipino people in their rooms at 11:35 - so it was only us they had forced to wait for hours.

Speaking of the room, initially they gave us an inexplicably cold room - it was ~15 degrees Celsius even when the AC was off and the room reeked of mould and mildew. Days later they, to our surprise, asked us to move upstairs in a new room, which was much better.

About negatives:
- The music was CONSTANTLY ON, at a high volume, from 8am until 10pm.
- Be warned, WiFi access is COUPON-BASED and VERY UNSTABLE. Not good at all. Power outages also happen.
- Staff at the pool bar tried to trick us, we ordered two banana coladas (alcoholic cocktails) and he gave us two banana milkshakes instead, whereas we were charged the price of the coladas. When we complained about this, he first said that the banana coladas are non-alcoholic, and when we challenged him and asked why it was listed as a cocktail and not a mocktail then, he suddenly said "oh I'm sorry, I thought you wanted virgin coladas".

L'hôtel est vraiment magnifique, propre et situé au calme, un peu à l'écart du bruit du centre-ville mais très facilement accessible en tricycle. Le personnel est d'une gentillesse incroyable et toujours aux petits soins pour organiser les excursions ou les transferts. La piscine est parfaite

Parfait, emplacement légèrement excentré donc avec de la tranquillite, un personnel adorable et des équipements parfaits
