Further staff training urgently needed
Pros:

Room was comfortable, good facilities, nice pool area, great nail/pedicure technician - Loraine!

Cons:

DO NOT BOOK A MASSAGE HERE AT THEIR SPA! the worst massage I’ve had in Asia (inexperienced masseuse- below poor skills, unprofessional “spa” room, lots of mosquitos, overall very unpleasant experience which I had to ask her to stop 20 minutes in as I realised the situation I am in). Disappointed to experience that at a hotel facility. You can find fantastic massage services in town at “Lou Spa” or for just a bit more $$ at “Funny Lion” up the road.

Also, Communication with staff was challenging. While front desk were always friendly and wanted to help they did give me the wrong information several times (leading to extra hassles) and struggled with understanding basic requests both in person and in booking messages.

Je trouve extrêmement dommage que dans cet hôtel on me fait payer un supplément pour mon enfant, alors que dans tous les hôtels de Phillipines, aucun supplément n’a été facturé pour Mon Fils

וואו איזה צוות , כל כך אדיבים , דאגו לכל מה שאנחנו צריכים והרבה מעבר לזה !!
אנחנו לקחנו את הסוויטה והחדר היה פשוט נקי ומושלם ושווה כל שקל
בנוסף ההוסטל עצמו מדהים והארוחת בוקר מצויינת ❤️

Pros:

Très jolie piscine avec bar attenant - ambiance sympa avec musique en journée et soirée
Petit déjeuner buffet avec du choix plutôt correct
Personnel très accueillant
Possibilité de louer des scooters sur place
Nous avons testé une fois le restaurant, très bons plats
La chambre était confortable (spacieuse + bonne literie)

Cons:

Chambre un petit peu humide
Il faut avoir en tête que l’hôtel est à 15 minutes à pied du centre ville (cela permet d’être au calme)
Pas de vue depuis la chambre

Zeer prettig verblijf, aanrader!
Pros:

Ontbijt was goed, faciliteiten waren goed. Locatie was goed. Personeel was vriendelijk en behulpzaam.

Cons:

De sportschool was nogal teleurstellend. Er waren een dumbells en een bankje. Dat was het eigenlijk wel.

J'ai aimé la piscine et l'happy hour. Des jeux à disponibilité. Personnel très agréable et serviable.

Cons:

Pas assez clair sur l'annonce que c'était une salle de bain partagée; Petit déjeuné qui laisse à désirer, peu de choix. Un peu loin du centre ville à pieds. (15 min)

Perfect for family and amazing staff!
Pros:

The staff were super friendly and very helpful. On the day of our arrival it was my daughter’s birthday and they arranged balloons in our room and a cake for her.

Breakfast was delicious. Beds comfy. Lovely pool and hot tub! Also enjoyed the background music!

Bellissima struttura! Fuori dal caos della città ma con una passeggiata di 10/15 minuti si arriva alle strade principali. Personale carinissimo e super disponibile! Abbiamo prenotato un’escursione privata tramite i ragazzi dell’hotel e siamo rimaste soddisfatte! Colazione semplice ma va bene. Ci siamo fermate a cena due sere al ristorante dell’hotel e devo dire molto buono, mix di piatti tra cui la pizza che devo dire era molto buono per essere nelle Filippine! Piscina e bar ottimi e abbiamo apprezzato molto anche i distributori nei corridoi di acqua calda e fredda sempre disponibile! Top, super consigliato
