Schöne Lage mit toller Aussicht. Tolles Frühstück, Sehr freundliches und hilfsbereites Personal. Schönes Zimmer mit sehr guter Ausstattung. Alles hat funktioniert und war sehr gepflegt. Parkplatz auf schmaler Strasse erreichbar, direkt vor der Unterkunft. Man sollte in Mardin gut zu Fuß sein.

Современный отель в историческом здании, очень колоритно и аутентично. Дарит эмоции от продуманного дизайна , но гарантирует привычный комфорт- хорошее постельное белье, мягкие полотенца и чистоту, хороший завтрак.

Cons:

В номере есть хамам, но нет традиционного душа, это не удобно. И в прохладную погоду в этих камнях сыровато, но мы благодарны сотрудникам отеля, нам предоставили нагреватель и температура в номере стала комфортной.

Bonne situation géographique mais confort à améliorer

Nous avons apprécié l’emplacement ainsi que la décoration de l’hôtel.
Nous avions choisi une chambre voûtée typique de la région comprenant une grande salle d’eau avec double hammam. Nous avons adoré le hammam
Le petit déjeuner était composé d’un large choix de produits locaux et de qualité
Le personnel était serviable et réactif

Cons:

La qualité de la literie n’est pas à la hauteur d’un établissement de ce standing (oreiller trop dur, matelas qui s’enfonce et lit qui grince énormément)

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel plein de charme au cœur de Mardin. L’architecture en pierre et l’ambiance rendent l’endroit vraiment unique et dépaysant. Tout semblait fraîchement rénové, avec une décoration soignée et beaucoup de cachet. La vue depuis l’hôtel était superbe et très apaisante. Le petit déjeuner était copieux et délicieux. Un grand merci également au personnel, toujours chaleureux, attentionné et disponible. Une très belle découverte que nous garderons en mémoire !

A comfortable and relaxing stay - exactly what I needed after a long journey!
Pros:

I was transiting through Mardin after a long road journey and was simply looking for a place to rest and unwind. I’m very glad I chose this hotel, as it provided exactly what I needed. The location is perfect, staff is very helpful and kind and rooms are comfortable.

Cons:

I arrived at night and found it difficult to locate the hotel entrance. I would recommend clearer signage and improved lighting.

Çok zengin serpme kahvaltısı var. Ama saat 08:30'da başlıyor. Erken saatte tur için çıkmanız gerekiyorsa dikkat.
Odalar geniş ve rahat. Otelin manzarası da çok güzel.

Cons:

Aydınlatma daha iyi olabilir. Benim baş ucumdaki lamba çalışmıyordu.

DON'T STAY THERE.
Pros:

Only the location, and they have a car park just opposite the hotel.

Cons:

The staff was incompetent. They are clueless about service. The rooms were dirty. They don't make your bed or clean your room during the day. They have put the bed in the middle of the room with no access to the light switches or the plug. They serve 10 different types of jam for breakfast, but they don't bring any spoons. You need to convince them hard that you need spoons. There is no indoor place for rainy or cold weather to relax. A tiny room for breakfast is mouldy. There is no proper entrance or concierge.
