Cons:

We couldn’t even find a reception desk. It took us almost three hours to find it and we never did. I tried contacting the facility and NOBODY ANSWERED. AND NOBODY COULD TELL US WHERE TO FIND IT. We eventually gave up and found a hotel. AND WE WERE TIRED FROM TRAVELING AND WALKING AROUND TRYING TO FIND IT. AND TO TOP IT OFF, I DIDN’T GET MY MONEY BACK. HORRIBLE PLACE. NEVER TRY TO STAY HERE! YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME AND NOT GET YOUR MONEY BACK! HORRIBLE!

DO NOT RENT. in a commercial building. GlobalStay = worst experience i have ever had.

Scammers. Do Not Rent.

1. water wasnt hot our entire 5 night stay, we complained and GlobalStay (renter) said it was the buildings fault and not theirs. and and they would not provide any form of refund. Cold showers and not able to wash dishes with hot water.
2. Pounding bass in the building 3 of the 5 nights from midnight to 3am. also complained and they said they cant control what happens in the building.
3. 1 week before the stay they emailed me asking me to email them a pic of my ID. Booking.com says this is risky from a privacy/cycersecurity standpoint and "to be careful". But this meant i would lose my first nights rental cost. so basically i was trapped and had to pay or pay a nights rent.

I tried to work these out with the GlobalStay and they did not help in any of the cases. they should not be allowed to list properties on booking.com. this place is a scam. Do not rent.

A comfortable, well-located apartment with great service — highly recommended!
Pros:

My stay at Bright Suites Finch West by GLOBALSTAY was outstanding. The apartment was clean, spacious, and well-equipped — perfect for both short and long stays. Having a Tim Hortons right in the building was a great bonus.

I especially appreciated the easy access to public transportation and the convenience of underground parking. Whether you're traveling by car or relying on transit, this location works extremely well.

Not recommended for international travelers who not familiar with different self checking in style
Pros:

Convenient location, room is big with full facilities for the stay.

Cons:

Check In procedure was extremely hard and complicated ,but when in is fine.
Dust were everywhere from counter top to bed sheets
Car parking garage was not work from time to time, stuck for hour insite the facility dues to no car.
Even tho said staffs 24/7, No staffs on side to help or giving out instructions, they only communicate through WhatsApp from time to time at their convenient when I was checking in late in the evening due to international flight. During the check in and stay, communications were hard as well because staffs again only communicate through WhatsApp when they want.

Not worth the money at all
Pros:

Place was clean, the Room had no walls or separation for privacy

Cons:

Elevator access was extremely poor had to walk 8 floors four times to get to room
Microwave didn’t work
Television did not work
Having to be confined to the room because the entire building was locked at 5 pm was terrible
