Nu mi-a plăcut deloc hotelul nu mai ma cazez niciodată la Dedeman!!!!🤢🤮

The staff were so unhelpful no information giving as you checked in where the pool was food etc , the staff where extremely rude I’ve stayed in other hotels in this area and I can tell you I wouldn’t stay here again , the room was disgusting the bathroom was dirty no running hot water no tissues replaced no clean towels giving the noise of the music from the roof top is disgraceful this goes on u till around 4 in the morning. The food is absolutely vile I’ve never stayed in a place like it a house of horrors is what this place is the amount of people complaining is beyond me. Do not be fooled by these photos they are not real the amount of people including myself asked where we in the tight hotel do not waste your money

The night club on the top floor playing music till 4am this kept me awake. Not good when you have early appointments. The showers didn’t get very hot and were very grubby, the food was poor in the hotel and was also cold and cats were in the restaurant. My mum had Starbucks napkins as toilet paper. I was put in the wrong room and not able to stay in a double room with balcony I paid for I had to be moved though the week when room become available. Very run down hotel wouldn’t stay again

Purtroppo, il problema del rumore è davvero importante. Soprattutto durante il fine settimana, la musica dei locali e le persone che fanno festa si sentono moltissimo, fino a rendere difficile dormire. il problema del rumore è stato troppo importante e per questo motivo non sceglierei nuovamente questo hotel.

On day one I asked reception could I have an iron and iron board as I would like to unpack and iron my clothing I was told there is no iron in the building I would need to pay for dry cleaning service then on arrival to my room the shower door was hanging off toilet seat wasn’t even clipped in it just slid about & the small shower was snapped off and had tape around it there was large black hairs on all the bedding and towels I raised this to the cleaning staff who just shrugged and spoke no English at all I then asked could I have clean towels to receive the same shrugs so I then looked for the hotel manager he translates for me to the cleaning staff and his reply was we have no clean towels would you like to pay for dry cleaning , they literally wanted me to pay to clean there towels and this wasn’t a language Barrier as the manager spoke fluent English I will save the worst for last and I did also see this in other reviews but I’m a man so wasn’t to bothered at the fact when you put a no room services sign on your door no matter what they still enter your room so put it this way I was in my birthday suit walking round after a shower and the cleaner got a big surprise i may have found it funny this once but can you imagine being a women or have young kids in that same predicament . The food is not off a good standard and there are cats walking through the kitchen and bothering you while you eat even jumping on the tables I am an animal lover but f me there is a time and a place for animals overall it’s the worst hotel I have stayed in the WiFi didn’t work and this whole experience has me speaking like a Karen but it’s all true and people need to know what to expect .o and do not get a room on floor 3/4 you can hear the nightclub music till 3-4am .

The property was not kept clean at all their was dirt in rooms on arrival we also were given the wrong wrong rooms and told we would have to wait 24 hours for the correct rooms to be given to us making us have to change through our stay, toilet was broken in rooms no safety boxes as advertised the balcony door was broken , the window was also broken and not attached. The night club on top kept us up for hours of the morning going on till around 3-4 am however we was not aloud into it because of dress code. The staff were rude and argumentative at pool bar saying we did not pay for our drinks after we showed we had still processed to say we needed to pay for drinks that we did not get. The food selections was terrible no food that in my opinion would be edible as their was flies and I mean a lot of small inspections on the food making it unsafe to eat.

Bu otele ikinci gelişimizdi. Geçen sene oldukça memnun kaldığımız için bu sene de gönül rahatlığıyla tercih ettik, fakat ne yazık ki bu sefer tam anlamıyla hayal kırıklığı yaşadık.

Daha ilk günden çalışanların hiçbir şekilde kapıyı çalmadan veya zile basmadan, kendi kartlarıyla odamıza pat diye girmeleri bizi şoke etti. O sırada ben bornozla odadaydım. Ardından temizlik görevlisinin de aynı şekilde kapıyı çalmadan kartıyla içeri girmesi gerçekten kabul edilemez. Misafirin özel alanına bu şekilde girilmemesi gerektiğini düşünüyorum.

Kahvaltı ise ayrı bir hayal kırıklığıydı. Buna kahvaltı diyebilmek için bin şahit lazım. Otele turlar geldiğinde kahvaltı hazırlanıyor, sonrasında ise diğer misafirlere adeta kalanlar sunuluyor. Çay bile yoktu.

Odada saç kurutma makinesi de bulunmuyordu. İstediğimizde getirilen makinenin kablosu dışarı çıkmış ve bantla tutturulmuş durumdaydı. Elektrik çarpma riski nedeniyle doğal olarak kullanmadan geri gönderdik. Böyle tehlikeli bir cihazın misafire verilmesi başlı başına ciddi bir sorun.

Ayrıca aşçıya yemekle ilgili bir şey sorduğumuzda aldığımız “Ye de gör” cevabı da son derece saygısız ve profesyonellikten uzaktı. Genel olarak çalışanlar suratsız, ilgisiz ve isteksizdi. Hizmet kalitesi maalesef sıfırdı.

Geçen sene çok memnun kaldığımız bir otelin bu sene bu kadar kötüye gitmesi bizi gerçekten şaşırttı. Bu seferki deneyimimiz berbattı, hatta berbatın da ötesindeydi.

Misafirlerin mahremiyetine saygı gösterilmemesi, yetersiz kahvaltı, tehlikeli durumda bir elektrikli cihazın verilmesi ve çalışanların tavırları nedeniyle kesinlikle tavsiye etmiyorum. Tatilinizde hayal kırıklığı yaşamak ve mahcup olmak istemiyorsanız bu oteli tercih etmenizi önermiyorum

Nu este prea curat. La ora 20.35 nu am mai putut lua masa pt că era închis, deși trebuia până la ora 21. Cearceaful era murdar. Ne-a oferit a doua cameră, care era puțin mai curată.

Stated housekeeping was daily we stayed for 7 nights had house keeping once

Had to ask reception for towels waiting for 2 days - very slow … had to ask again for fresh towels due to no house keeping

Property is very run down

Music was blaring most nights in the hotel until 4 am could feel the room vibrating

Breakfast is very poor

Definitely not a 4 star would give it a 2

Toilet was broken no water pressure and shower the same in the evening was nit possible to shower normally. No hooks on the bathroom door and balcony for drying things.

Personnel non accueillant souriant , nous avons réservé une chambre supérieur pour 2 adultes on se retrouve avec une chambre économique et 2 lits séparé, et des fortes odeurs dégoût dans la salle de bain , le jour suivant ils nous ont changé de chambre après avoir demandé à 4 reprises , dans la nouvelle chambre on a utilisé le sèche cheveux et tout à disjoncter nous avons eu très peur plus de courant nous avons signalé que le courant a sauté suite à l’utilisation du sèche cheveux leurs réponse le sèche cheveux de cette ne marche pas .
Si un matériel ne marche plus faut faire le nécessaire et le remplacer car c’est très dangereux.
Pas satisfait mon séjour .
4 étoiles faut revoir les étoiles
