A pleasant experience.
Pros:

The staff are very attentive and friendly. The food is exceptionally good value for money, as was the cost of the accommodation.

Cons:

The accommodation is in a village that has no other pubs or shops. There were only one other person eating in the restaurant that night, so it lack atmosphere.

He refused to change us to another room!
Pros:

Nothing The rooms we had were up two flights of stairs .We are 70 and 80years old …by there was no indication of this danger (rooms no.1 and 3)

Cons:

The owner !
The first night the lights went out which also had the toilet in No. 1 on the same circuit. (An electric toilet similar to a Camper Van toilet)So that packed up and the water was backed up into the bath , a pungent yellow colour water .
The owner blamed us !
The owner is out of his depth and angry as having no people skills is hurting his business.
When we asked for a refund he punched my sister who is 82years old
Police were contacted for assault.
