This hotel was great if you just want to sleep and relax with the main focus of being outside.
Pros:

I loved the location, staff were not rude and actually helpful.

Cons:

The shower was open and everything get wet. No wash rags, moldy AC Unit, and smell of room. Also we have to pay for room service. Never experienced that before and i’ve been all over the world.

Poorly managed hotel plagued by hidden charges scam behavior noisy construction unacceptable service
Pros:

From the beginning, we were told that most rooms have no windows unless you pay extra. I paid extra for Room 401 specifically to get a window.
That room had an air conditioner leaking water and making excessive noise, so I had to move rooms again anyway.
Staff then tried to charge my friend over a supposed stain on the bedsheet, which we refused. It later became clear that this appears to be a recurring tactic used on multiple guests. If you think I’m exaggerating, read the Google reviews.
Despite paying extra for the upgraded room, I asked to move to another room, 502, because of the leaking AC.
The hotel is also under refurbishment, with loud construction and wood cutting downstairs during the day.
There was a serious incident where a freelancer threw a phone at my face inside the hotel. The reception witnessed it and refused to assist properly or tell the police what they saw.
Housekeeping is absurd:
* No automatic daily cleaning
* You must go downstairs before 2 pm and request it manually
* Cleaning then takes hours
* They charge extra for changing bedsheets/mattress covers
This is basic hotel service elsewhere.
Overall:
* Poor maintenance
* Hidden charges / scam-like behavior
* Terrible housekeeping process
* Loud construction noise
* Unhelpful staff
Management needs to read their own reviews before this place destroys its reputation completely.

Просторный номер, шикарный интернет и смарт тв. Бильярд на 1 этаже(так и не добрались)

Cons:

Уборка раз в 3 дня, если попросишь сам, если не попросил не приберутся. Шумноват кондиционер, и переодически с него текла вода на пол.

Great service and a convenient location, with a few minor inconveniences.
Pros:

The staff were genuinely amazing — always friendly, attentive, and ready to help with anything. Their service really made a difference during our stay. We accidentally booked a room without a window, but they kindly upgraded us to a better room with a window, which we really appreciated.

The location is also very convenient: about 15 minutes to Bangla Road, and from there an easy walk to the beach. There’s a 7-Eleven nearby, along with other shops for souvenirs, and several кафе within walking distance.

Cons:

Housekeeping is not automatic — you need to specifically request cleaning, and it is done only once every three days. Also, you have to leave the room key at the reception when you go out, which might be a bit inconvenient.

Расположение отеля нормальное, но вот шум за окном мопедов всегда раздражал.
Pros:

Мне понравился только кондиционер и wi-fi эти вещи работали без проблем.

Cons:

Все улучшить, начиная с оборки номеров до замены постельного белья, чтоб было чисто, ну и мебель обновить.
