About the staff not good about policy they don’t return my money I change my room about not allowed the smoking area so the price I avail from the 1st is good and high price but that he give to me cheap room and not the standard my amount I pay they must to return but the staff they don’t like return some money from me like that good I’ll tell to all this hotel not good I’ll never recommended your place

Subject: Request for Refund Due to Unsafe and Unsatisfactory Room Conditions*

Dear Hotel Management,

I am writing to formally complain about my recent stay, which was unacceptable in terms of cleanliness, safety, and basic hotel standards.

1. Hygiene: The room had a strong smell of old mold and outside cooking odors that made it impossible to stay comfortably.
2. Environment: The room lighting was entirely *red*, with *mirrored ceilings and walls* and *colorful LED lights* along the sides. It felt more like a bar than a hotel room.
3. Safety Hazards:
- The bathroom had a bathtub with ladders to climb up, no door, and only 2 plastic curtains for privacy.
After showering we had to climb down over high curbs, which was extremely dangerous.
- The bed was also too high. We had to climb to get in, and there was a real risk of falling if getting down suddenly.
4. Overall Condition: The room was in very poor condition and not up to any reasonable hotel standard.

Because of these serious issues, we had no choice but to check out early. We moved first to Edge Airbnb, and then to Caesar Hotel, where we felt safe and comfortable.

Given this experience, I respectfully request a full refund for the nights affected. I hope you will take this seriously and address these hazards to prevent other guests from facing the same risks.

Cons:

very load bass from the night club,, also up to the 5th floor everything is vibrating. so bring your more then too load bass unter control, and your hotel is perfect

Great location, incredible unique design, attentive staff
As soon as we saw this hotel's photo in the description, my wife and I said, "This is exactly what we were looking for, this hotel and nothing else!"
Don't be fooled by the reviews about the strange design. That's exactly what this hotel is all about! The hotel's design is aimed at mature, relaxed couples, not narrow-minded snobs.
To our great regret, we left just one day before the opening of the hotel's new club with pool inside and were unable to visit, but we'll definitely do so next time!
A huge thank you to all the staff for a wonderful vacation!

Cons:

The rooms are already in need of repair and renovation, but this pales in comparison to the rest of the place and after a couple of minutes you stop noticing such trifles.
