I didn’t like the fact there’s a lot of construction noise inside the hotel, also they charge you for a “COFFEE POT”And for the “Cookies” you think is for a courtesy, is not!!!theres no sign any where to let you know is an extra charge I think that’s sad, that says a lot!!as a tourist special me self I make sure I tip people for the service, I can believe I self coffee maker pod it will be extra charge!!! Very disappointed

Small rooms but they give us an upgrade free and it was a great location!

Decepcionante. Desafortunada. Terrible. Incómoda.
Pros:

El baño y el colchón de la cama están bien. Pero NO mucho más. Para llegar es un verdadero triunfo. Las escaleras hacia recepción o hacia “la otra casona” dependiendo donde te toque, son terribles. Y las habitaciones son mucho más pequeñas de lo que realmente ofertan.
Para remate, una de las paredes del cuarto son ventanales, por lo que para salir, a fuerza se quedan todas tus cosas visibles.

Cons:

La llegada. Esas escaleras son infames.
NO es un hotel ACCESIBLE. Si presentas cualquier tema de salud o por la edad ya no tienes las mejores rodillas, NO te hospedes aquí.
El estacionamiento. No hay. Hay que dejar el coche lejos y el bellboy solo trabaja hasta las 9 de la noche. El estacionamiento te costará $18 dólares aproximadamente y cada que quieras sacar tu coche pagarás otros $2.5 dólares. Y lo peor … estacionarlo por la noche, cuesta aún más!
La habitación. Para nada es lo que promete.
Los restaurantes del lugar no son del hotel. Son restaurantes que por la noche son bares. Así que prepárate para el ruido.

El hotel está dentro de un pub con música alta, céntrico y limpio

Nos gustó la ubicación y la limpieza

Cons:

Nos sentimos engañados al ser un hotel diferente al contratado. Son dos hoteles diferentes! El que nos tocó tenía un pub restaurante con música en el propio patio interior al que dan las habitaciones muy alta desde las 9 de la mañana hasta que se vaya el último cliente de noche. Por suerte no era fin de semana y pudimos rogar que bajaran la música. Por otro lado es el primer hotel que nos pide fianza y no la recuperas hasta una semana después al tardar el banco en hacerlo.

Excellent and comfortable stay
Pros:

Great central location, a block from the main square. Comfortable bed and soft sheets with two windows (Deluxe “suite”) overlooking the pedestrian street.

Cons:

Pros:

Su limpieza y el lugar

Cons:

Tuve varios inconvenientes durante mi estadía. Una de las habitaciones fue entregada con un fuerte olor a cigarrillo, el cual estaba impregnado especialmente en las sábanas y toallas, lo que resultó bastante incómodo. En la otra habitación no funcionaba el agua caliente. Ambas situaciones fueron reportadas oportunamente, pero nunca recibimos respuesta ni solución por parte del hotel.

Adicionalmente, solicitan un depósito que, considerando el costo excesivo de las habitaciones, no debería ser cobrado. Esto resulta injustificado y genera una mala experiencia desde el inicio.

Por otra parte, el escándalo proveniente del restaurante no permite descansar adecuadamente, afectando significativamente la tranquilidad que se espera durante la estadía. En general, la atención frente a las quejas deja mucho que desear, ya que no se percibe disposición para resolver los inconvenientes de los huéspedes.

Cozy hotel with great staff
Pros:

Great location close to downtown. The entire staff was phenomenal and so helpful from the front desk staff to the bellboys to the housekeeping staff, everyone was friendly and helpful.

Cons:

Noisy due to downtown on weekends but that’s expected.
