Staff was Rude, Bedford Were Dirty Underneath Top Cover, Bedding Was Dirty, Room Wasn't Clean Properly. Bathroom Needs Improvements Shower Cubicle Has Water Coming Out When Showering, Sink Disgusting. Food Disgusting Smelly And Not Pleasant Flies In All Eating Area No A.C On Even Though So Hot, Poor Food Choices. Coffee Is Not Free Or Included In Breakfast its €3 Per Tiny Cup. Place Has A Pool But Its Not Situated Right. Its In The Middle Of Canteen And Rooms. Music Was Played Very Loud Till Past 11pm. And When I Went I Reported All This To Booking.com They Sent The Message Over To The Hotel And The Next Day The Manager Came Over To Me Very Rudely And Loud Wanted To Know Why I Had Made The Complaint! When I Explained He Turned Around And Said Thats A You Problem And That I'm Leaving In A Few Days Anyway. MORE LIKE SAYING OH WELL PUT UP WITH IT TILL YOU ARE HERE!! I Was Travelling Alone With My Daughter That Made Me Real Worried And Scared After A Couple Days I Left The Hotel And Found Another So Not Only Did I Lose Money From The Booking I Had To Spend Extra By Booking Another Hotel.
Thankfully That Hotel And Workers Was Wonderful.

Black Royal Belek’teki konaklamamızdan hiç memnun kalmadık. Temizlikle ilgilenen tek bir görevli vardı ve son derece kaba ve ilgisiz davranıyordu. Oda temizliği talep etmemize rağmen odamız temizlenmedi.

Kahvaltı çok kötüydü. Kahve için 3 € ücret talep edildi, ancak kahvenin ücretsiz olduğu söyleniyordu. Buna rağmen herkes kahveyi kendisi alıyordu. Bardaklar ve fincanlar kirliydi, ayrıca yeterli tabak bulunmuyordu.

Lobinin alt kısmında sigara içiliyordu ve otele girdiğimizde çalışanlar bizi sadece rahatsız edici şekilde süzüyorlardı. Selam verdiğimizde bile karşılık alamadık. Havuz temizlenmiyordu.

Gece saat 03.00’e kadar yüksek ses vardı, bu yüzden dinlenmek mümkün değildi. Üstelik gece yarısı saat 00.00’da tamamen önemsiz bir bilgi vermek için arandık. Bu nedenle uykumuz bölündü ve konaklamamız çok rahatsız geçti.

Sorunlarımızı otel yetkilisine bildirdik, ancak bize yardımcı olmak istemedi. Misafir memnuniyetiyle ilgilenmediğini hissettik. Genel olarak çok kötü bir deneyim yaşadık ve bu oteli tavsiye etmiyoruz.

We were very disappointed with our stay at Black Royal Belek. There was only one man responsible for cleaning, and he appeared very unfriendly and unprofessional. Even though we requested room cleaning, our room was never cleaned.

The breakfast was very poor. We were asked to pay €3 for coffee even though we were told that coffee was included. In addition, guests were serving themselves anyway. The cups were dirty, and there were not enough plates available.

People were smoking in the lobby area, which made the environment uncomfortable. Whenever we entered the hotel, staff would just stare at us unpleasantly. Even when we greeted them, they often did not respond.

The pool was not being cleaned properly. There was loud noise until 3:00 a.m. every night, making it impossible to get proper rest. To make matters worse, we received a phone call at midnight for a completely trivial and unnecessary piece of information, which interrupted our s

Отвратительно !!!! По прибытию час ожидания перед закрытой дверью отеля , в самом отеле грязно , в номере холод , ужасная грязь , пришлось покинуть отель

Not much around the hotel , only a couple of shops

The location was too isolated . As a single female traveller with a child I didn’t feel safe in the area at night time. It was too dark to walk anywhere. Had to get taxis which were 25 euros each way into Belek or could also get the bus which was much cheaper. We were initially told the buses stopped around 7pm but that wasn’t the case. We found this out after the lady owner drove us into Belek to her brother families restaurant which was very kind of her and the food was fabulous. We also didn’t have our bedding changed despite asking for this - it did get done on about day 5 but that was after having to ask again. We had a leaking bathroom sink which I reported on my way out in the morning. When we got back that evening they had placed a large yogurt pot underneath to collect the water. When I enquired the next day what was happening they were very non committal - they said we would have to move rooms - I didn’t want to pack everything up and then unpack all over again so I declined this. The sink did eventually get repaired but that was three days after brining to the attention of the staff. Breakfast - we only went once was very continental / Turkish. I couldn’t abide the flys all around the food.

Det fanns inte flygplatstransfer som det stod på hemsidan. Maten var god men kändes lite ohygienisk pga att allt stod ute i värmen utan kyla eller varmhållning.

The hotel is new, and maybe that’s the reason, I don’t know, but the service is poor. The housekeeper didn’t come into the room at all during my stay. I can’t even describe the breakfast — for this price, they could offer a much richer selection! As for the WiFi service, I can’t say anything, I don’t even know if it’s available. After all, the hotel is new, but they need to make an effort to meet the guests’ expectations.
