Very clean, comfy, and convenient. An easy drive to multiple fun activities/wineries!
I did have a little trouble locating it but that’s about it! Fantastic stay.
The place was very clean and the communications were prompt if I had a question. The cottage is 0.4 miles from the Silverado resort so it’s a pretty good location. It takes nine minutes by car to get downtown which is acceptable.
You hear when the people next-door are having a conversation, as well as when they come and go. Earplugs were provided, but I’ve never stayed in a place that was this loud. It’s as if the walls were literally half an inch. Also, there are steps leading up to the apartment, which was not clear to me thank God I am now eight weeks postop and can carry a heavy suitcase up the stairs. It was a bit scary though the place was very clean so that was a plus. Due to the fact that you can hear the people next-door talking as well as when they come and go I would not stay here again.
Location and amenities
Neighbor room noise at night
Perfectly located for wine tasting and dining. We couldn't have asked for a better home base. We were just a short drive from the iconic wineries of St. Helena and Yountville, and within walking distance to some fantastic restaurants in downtown Napa. The staff provided excellent concierge service, helping us secure a few hard-to-get tasting reservations. Clean, modern, and very quiet. We will definitely be back!
Location near to the resort- grounds, view and overall cleanliness. Met Francisco - groundskeeper- he was very nice.
It felt outdated - would recommend updating appliances, pillows in living room and shower handle. It didn’t have enough towels. No Keurig coffee capsules. The weather was terrible so that didn’t help matters.
The property was very beautiful, and we liked that it was in a central location to Napa and Yountville
The AC didn’t cool very well and it was a very hot weekend to experience that. Also, the sink stopper was stuck in the down position and the sink filled quickly.
Location was great
Generally everything was very good
Peace & tranquility
Couldn’t use the fireplace & had trouble figuring out the heating system
The location was great. Place comfortable with patio.
Not enough towels, dishes, paper towels and toilet tissues. Didn't like the 10am check out. Should be 11am , which is standard.
The units are on a great property. Very quiet. It was a nice unit except for the musty smell in the unit.
The place smelled moldy and musty. I do not know if it was just this unit or all the first floor units smelled like this. Since I have mold sensitivity, the stay was a bit difficult for me. Outside did not smell like that. I would not stay there again. Maybe I will try an upstairs unit next time.
Well equipped kitchen.
This cottage was misrepresented by inaccurate photos on booking.com. It was dark and depressing with very outdated furniture and decor. The shape of the bathtub made it non usable for an adult. The beds were rock hard. The cream and sugar for coffee was expired. The cream curdled into big chunks in the coffee and the sugar was rock hard. The location was a hike from parking when you have heavy suitcases. The patio and patio furniture were so full of dirt and leaves we couldn't use it.
The peace and beauty of the area. I had a great view. Great place to walk.
The bed was so comfortable, shower excellent just a beautiful place.

Everything and I was enjoying the wifi connectivity whilst you on the Silverado Property
We did not get the kettle
We booked two apartments, each for 2 nights.
The resort itself is in a good location with a really good golf course.
Checking in was straightforward.
The apartment is well overdue a refurbishment - decoration, furniture and equipment, most of which is old. We booked mainly due to the fact that it was advertised as having a washing machine and we were a week into our 11 daty trip. However when we arrived, neither apartment had a WM and we therefore had to wash our stuff by hand as the WM in the launderettes were being used. We then had to dry our clothes on a chair/recliner outside next to the golf course. When I used the iron, it spat dirty water over my white polo so everything else went unironed.
Worse of all, the toilet overflowed during our 1st night (of 2) and ended up flooding the bedroom as well (see photos). This was resolved, however took all morning meaning we had to cancel one of our wine tours.
We were verbally offered 25% of our money back for this inconvenience. However we were then refunded less than half of that. Booking.com informed me that they had recommended to the owner to pay the 25% (approx) however since then they have decided not to communicate with us.
Honestly, avoid this place, there are much better in the area.
