We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and Kutaisi and would happily recommend this hotel to others.
Pros:

Excellent stay in a great location. The hosts were kind and always happy to help, which made us feel very welcome throughout our visit. The homemade breakfast was prepared with great care - wonderful way to start each morning.

Cons:

The only thing that could be mentioned as a slight downside was the room size, but it did not affect our overall experience.

Hotel in the historical building with a wonderful owners.
Pros:

Hotel is located in the historical and well-preserved building right in the heart of Kutaisi, location really could not be any better. It is managed by the owners, very nice and welcoming couple from Kutaisi. They make you feel at home. Absolutely ideal choice for overnighting in Kutaisi.

An excellent place to stay in Kutaisi with wonderful hospitality, please consider only the room location and view.
Pros:

Excellent location in the heart of Kutaisi. Very clean and comfortable room, delicious breakfast, and exceptionally kind and helpful hosts. We also really appreciated the packed breakfast for the taxi arranged for our early morning departure.

Cons:

The only downside was the view from our room, which overlooked a roof and utility pipes instead of the city.

Для погружения в историю города очень уютный отель, больше как дом у тетушки. Все чисто, персонал вежливый. Если вы хотите 5 звездочный отель, то вам не понравится. Но если хотите почувствовать атмосферу города, тишину и покой, то вам понравится этот маленький дом👍

Super lokalizacja niedaleko wszystkich głównych atrakcji Kutaisi. Właścicielka pomocna i zawsze dostępna. Pokoje małe ale czyste. Bezpłatne WIfi Masz wszystko co potrzeba aby spędzić kilka dni. Śniadania przygotowywane specjalnie dla Ciebie pod uzgodniona godzinę. Zdecydowanie polecam.

Pros:

Posizione centrale, colazione abbondante con, frutta, verdura, biscotti e omelette.
Camera spaziosa

Cons:

È come non avere le finestre o le porte. Si sente ogni rumore ed essendo in centro, si sente musica e urla fino a tardi. Nemmeno i tappi sono bastati.
