Good location to stay and shop in KK
Pros:

Great location in Kota Kinabalu.

Cons:

Staff didn’t help my elderly mum who had to carry a delivery of a lot of dried biscuits from a driver at the lobby. Didn’t bother offering help and pressing the lift.

Will stay again
Pros:

Staff was helpful and accommodating to allow us to check in earlier, and check out a little bit later.

Location is about 5-8 mins from the new Jesselton Point.

Cons:

Everything else is great. It would be perfect if free parking is available.
