Pros:

We had a great stay. The apartment was very clean, the building was modern and well maintained, and the rooms were comfortable. The view over the river was beautiful and made the stay even more enjoyable

Cons:

he only downside was that when there were waves on the river, the whole building moved slightly, which made us feel a bit dizzy. Also, access to the apartment was a little difficult, especially when traveling with children, a stroller, and several suitcases.
