Pros:

For this price range, I consider Lazur pool apartments to be the best in Hurghada compared to other options I tried.
The staff are extremely helpful and friendly, especially Kazem who made every effort to ensure our stay is comfortable. When we asked him about the excursions options he was ready to adapt our accommodation to enable us to enjoy the experience.

The location is great in a lively area with walking distance from Al Mamsha and you can find all the amenities close by. It's situated in Al Kawthar District very close to the airport.

We stayed as 4 families in a variety of apartments/studios, pool and city views with breakfast included. Overall, the accommodation was very clean and comfortable with great self catering facilities.I had a city view apartment and I didn't hear any noise as it is in a side street so relatively quiet.

Overall excellent value for money

Cons:

You need to take into consideration the price range and value for money.

You can't compare it with the 4 or 5 star resorts, so you should expect some imperfections. If you are not comfortable with the imperfections then it's not for you.
For example the pool water wasn't very clean so we decided not to use it. The bedsheets were a bit outdated so didn't look the best but still very clean. My wife wasn't very happy with the level of cleanliness of the breakfast dishes. However, these were minor issues and didn't affect our stay.

For the value for money, it's definitely one of the best in Hurghada and and I intend to come back.

Empfehlenswert für kurz und langzeit, sauber und sehr nette Personal.
Pros:

Schnelle und reibungslose Checkin / out. Sehr nettes Personal mit guten Englisch Kenntnisse. Schön eingerichtete Zimmer und überraschend sauber. Um unsere Wünsche und Bedürfnisse hat sich Kazem gekümmert, mit sehr große Mühe und Sorgfältigkeit
Für nächste Aufenthalt werden wir sicherlich nochmal Lazur uns wählen.

الشقة غير نظيفة والسجاد سئ جدا وغير نظيف وكذلك فرش السرير وغطاء السرير بهم بقع كثيرة ويوجد ناموس في البناية لذلك يرجى الحذر

The check-in and check-out times are flexible. The receptionists are ready to assist you with any problems you may have. They helped me check in at night and during the day, and Ibrahim was kind enough to call a taxi for me.
Excellent price-performance ratio.
Great location, everything is nearby. Near the Metro store there is a vending machine for exchanging money from Euro/Dollar/Eng. Pound to Egyptian Pound at a good rate and without commission.
