Pros:

In a good location, the shower was a good temperature, staff was friendly, had clean towels and water each day, ac worked well,kettle in the room.

Cons:

Cockroches in the room and not just 1 but multiple, sink was blocked, the sound from outside at night was loud, room never had toilet roll in when we first got in the room, my nephew had to take the duvet out the cover as he was too hot and all I will say is don't as it looks like it belonged to a homeless person before it was placed into the duvet cover, I refused to get in swimming pool due to a big clump of hair was floating in it and god knows what else. The hotel looks much more appealing on the photos then in real life and European standards I would say a 1/2 star hotel as your paying for the swimming pool really. If you eat outside with the food stalls be aware there are plenty of rats roaming around. In my view Kuala Lumpur is going down hill, every time we visit one of us always gets I'll with something and wishing we stayed in Thailand now or Singapore for the remainder of our holiday.

VALUE FOR MONEY.
Pros:

i like the property due to the location which is very strategic, easy to access, near restaurant & near to public transport.

Secondly, the property also provide parking beside the hotel.

Cons:

The room not so tidy, no hanger in the toilet & the cleaniness just so so. Unfortunately, uncan see lot of small cockroaches under the bed.
