Très belle hôtel !!
Pros:

Hôtel incroyable, nous avions la chambre avec jacuzzi privée très spacieuse et très belle et chaleureuse. Le petit déjeuner à la carte était très bon. L’hôtel et la piscine sont très beaux

Cons:

La piscine n’étant pas chauffée est froide, difficile de rentrer pour les plus frileux. L’hôtel propose une séance photo gratuite avec une photo digitale gratuite, le tarif pour avoir une photo digital en plus était de 10€ (ce qui est chère pour une photo envoyée par mail)

We had a fantastic stay and felt welcome from the moment we arrived.
Pros:

We really enjoyed our stay. The atmosphere was peaceful, welcoming, and perfect for relaxing. The entire property feels new, modern, and very well maintained. The rooms were spacious, comfortable, and beautifully furnished, making it easy to feel at home. Everything was clean and thoughtfully arranged. The spa was amazing and a real highlight of our stay. We also appreciated the large Kids room for children, which gave the little ones plenty of space to play and made them feel happy and comfortable while the adults could relax. The staff were genuinely friendly, welcoming, and always happy to help. Overall, it was a wonderful place for a relaxing family getaway, and we would gladly stay here again.

Cons:

Honestly, there was nothing we didn't like. Everything met our expectations. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making it a perfect place for those who appreciate peace, relaxation, and quality. We had a wonderful stay.

المكان جميل و نظيف و الموظفين ودودين جدا و تحس انك في مكان تراثي اندونيسي اصيل الغرف جمليه و المرافق كلها ممتازة و الهدوء اللي في المكان عجيب
الفندق يعتبر على مطل على غابة

Außergewöhnliches Hotel
Pros:

Dieses Hotel hat unsere Erwartungen voll übertroffen. Es ist sehr interessant aufgebaut-man kommt an und befindet sich quasi auf dem Dach des Hotels, gemeinsam mit Lobby, Restaurant und einem Shop. Zu den Zimmern und Pool geht es nach unten.
Das Hotel ist recht klein und vielleicht ist es genau das was ihm zu eine perfekte ruhige Oase macht. Die Zimmer sind sehr sehr groß und es ist wirklich alles dabei was man braucht. Alles sehr sauber, es wird 2x täglich geputzt. Der Pool ist ein Hingucker, das Wasser ist angenehm (im kleinen privaten Pool allerdings recht frisch), es gibt sogar einen großen Whirlpool.
Das Restaurant ist sehr bemüht, Essen schmeckt sehr gut und ist preislich ganz in Ordnung.
Was eine besondere Erwähnung verdient ist das durchaus überdurchschnittlich nettes und aufmerksames Personal. Alle Mittarbeiter mit den wir Kontakt hatten über die 4 Tage waren bemüht uns den Aufenthalt so angenehm wir möglich zu machen und zeigten Interesse uns kennenzulernen ohne das es aufgesetzt wirkte.

Cons:

Nichts !!! Derjenige der hier etwas zu meckern hat-den tut es mir wirklich leid.

المنتجع جميل من حيث الطبيعة والعاملين رائعين جدا يعيبه كثرة التماثيل التي تعطي انطباع مخيف في الليل

الفطور كان جميل والعاملين فيه رائعين خاصة مالك وجنيناتي

في البداية كان موظف في الاستقبال غير ودود وصوته عالي وبدأ يطلب منا التجمع للتأكد من العدد والنظافة نوعا ما غير جيدة الكنب غير نظيف مبقع وكان لنا مساج مجاني ولكن لم نستفيد منه لعدم توفر حجز حسب أوقاتهم

Heerlijke tijd gehad.
Pros:

Wij hebben een heerlijke tijd gehad bij Anumana De Suite. Het zwembad was lekker groot (en koud) om af te koelen in de middag. Het bubbelbad was aangenaam warm voor in de avond na een lange dag fietsen in Ubud. Ontbijt was ook top. De kamer was groot en comfortabel, met mooi uitzicht en veel privacy. Het personeel hielp ons als er wat was en namen de tijd voor een gezellig praatje. Emik en Atik waren super vriendelijk!

Absolutely Awesome, One of the best Hotels I have stayed in!!
Pros:

Located in a bustling community, just tucked away nicely from the main road. I loved everything about our stay. With the hotel accommodating a small number of people in comparison to large resorts it felt very intimate. The staff knew my name from day one to the day we left. Maliki and Apriani were my absolute favourites. However Ita, Alovia and trusd (Hope I spelt them right) were great too. The facilities were great, spent time by the pool and the shared jacuzzi. Also had a jacuzzi on our balcony which was wonderful. The Spa treatment, my masseuse I think her name was Kadek was great. Had the treatment done just hours before we flew back to the UK so was feeling very relaxed for my flight. Check out the museum provides such a rich history of Bali.

Cons:

I genuinely do not have anything to bad to say.

Great staff, rooms and a beautiful setting and hotel
Pros:

Excellent, helpful annd attentive staff. Great rooms and good room sizes and clean. Made to order Breakfast was very good. Good pool and jacuzzi in the room.

Cons:

Apart from pool, there was not much for the children to do.
We did have an issue with one of the intoomms service, but overall this was a minor issue compared to overall service
