My stay was an absolute disaster. I spent almost $300 expecting to enjoy my honeymoon, but instead, my first night was completely ruined because I could not sleep.
The room was extremely hot because the AC was not working, and there were not even batteries in the remote control. The linen was also in terrible condition—heavily worn, stretched out, and appearing to have been used for years. It was completely unacceptable. The TV also does not work.
What made the situation even worse was the lack of assistance from the owner/property. When I arrived, the owner refused to assist me, even though it was still early. I made more than 15 calls to the property and received absolutely no response.
The following day was another nightmare. The AC eventually started working after some time, but the replacement linen was just as disappointing. On top of that, the sink was completely clogged.
I have pictures documenting the condition of the room, linen, and other issues I experienced during my stay.
This experience was extremely frustrating and completely ruined the beginning of what was supposed to be a special honeymoon. I absolutely do NOT recommend this place to anyone. Given that I completely lost the first night because I could not sleep and received no assistance, I believe the owner should, at the very least, refund the full cost of that night.

The bed was smelly, there was no internet, the towels were pale. The space was small. It's ok if you go alone. Carry your towels and pillow cover

They gave me a room lower than the category I booked, and it literally felt like a damp cave without a single window. After I complained, they moved me to a slightly better room, but the towels were yellowish, there were shoe prints and other stains on the walls, and I found small cockroaches twice. I kicked myself for booking a four-night stay, missed the chance for free cancelation as there were heaps of nicer rooms even with cheaper price.
And of course, housekeeping wasn't provided during that time. Even cleaning was a paid service.

There was a lot of mild all over the walls and the ceiling, and no air circulation, so it felt like you were constantly breathing in mildly and stuffy air

Πήγαμε στο κατάλυμα και το βρήκαμε βρώμικο και να μυρίζει άσχημα ουρά στην τουαλέτα τρίχες ψίχουλα παντού χρησιμοποιημένες χαρτοπετσέτες πίσω από τα μαξιλάρια ψυγείο βρώμικο καθρέφτες βρώμικοι χαλασμένο χερούλι πόρτας ερκοντισιον μυρίζανε άσχημα και μας έπιανε βήχας άμα τα ανάβαμε ένιωθες ότι θα πεθάνεις εκεί μέσα . Και όταν τα αναφέραμε αυτά δεν μας αποζημιώθηκε τίποτα και δεν μας έκαναν επιστροφή τα λεφτά για να φύγουμε να πάμε αλλού , αλλά μας έστειλαν καθαριστή ο οποίος μπήκε 15 λεπτά μέσα στο δωμάτιο δεν έκανε ούτε τα μισά και αυτά τα έκανε με μια πετσέτα σώματος και νερό δεν χρησιμοποίησε κανένα καθαριστικό προϊόν απαράδεκτο καταλήξαμε να αγοράσουμε τα πάντα και να πλήξουμε το δωμάτιο μόνοι μας και πάλι σιχαινόμασταν να μείνουμε . Μας κατέστρεψε τις διακοπές που τόσο περιμέναμε . Μην πάτε ποτέ εκεί

It was terrible, extremely dirty everywhere, smelled terrible, nothing was working including to, too small, location terrible too.

The worst place I have ever stay in my life.

Se esistesse il programma hotel da incubo Grecia sarebbe il vincitore indiscusso.
Una delusione ed un incubo a dir poco.
Non un'insegna per segnalarlo, check in fiscale alle 15 e indicazioni arrivate tramite whats app solo due ore prima.
Nessuna risposta alle chiamate ed ai messaggi inviati prima per avere indicazioni circa la possibilità di lasciare prima i bagagli e l'indirizzo esatto (alla chiamata telefonica hanno risposto di essere impegnati con i check out e che avrebbero richiamato a breve, Il messaggio con le indicazioni è arrivato più di due ore dopo).
Il primo impatto è stato terribile e ci ha fatto venir voglia di fuggire e cercare un'altra soluzione. La nostra camera non era come quella nelle foto.
La camera era un loculo di meno di 5 mq, con letto francese addossato al muro. Il bagno era minuscolo: la porta si apriva solo per metà perché andava a sbattere sul lavandino (quindi il lavandino si può usare solo con la porta chiusa).
Il problema maggiore è stato la pulizia e la muffa.
I bagni di aereoporti e stazioni sono molto più puliti. Per fortuna c'è un market vicino per poter comprare il necessario per pulire e poter restare.
Per fortuna la stanza è stata usata il minimo indispensabile, ma se qualcuno volesse ad esempio fare colazione o consumare un pasto in camera sarebbe impossibile.
Esistono dei piccolissimi spazi esterni comuni con altre stanze ma non vengono mai puliti.

Stanza molto umida, puzzolente e sporca. Nessuna comunicazione con l"host. Difficile da trovare. Ho fatto reclamo ma booking non mi ha risposto. Peggio di così non si può

La propreté grande absente! Mais quand est-ce que le ménage est fait ?
C’est horripilant d’arriver dans une chambre sale, on ne paye pas pour ça !
Serviettes pas nettes, cheveux sur les draps, wc pas propre sol non fait, évier bouché et j’en passe!
Par dessus tout, je ne comprends pas ce qui s’est passé avec la note quand j’ai réservé, elle n’était pas aussi basse car sinon je n’aurais pas pris de réservation. Et quand j’y retourne pour mettre mon avis, je découvre les très mauvais retours et la note globale bref je n’ai pas de réponse…..

Unfortunately found hair all over the bed, particularly over the pillows. I put a towel over the pillow for the night. Also lots of hair in the shower drain. Light fixture was hanging off the wall - wires were exposed. Room was muggy - even after airing out, the mugginess comes back. When turning on shower, orange water spurted out for the first 10 seconds - this happened for the cold water and then again for the hot. Toilet roll holder was on the floor - had fallen off the wall. Room looked different to what was pictured.

Our experience was terrible. The room seemed bigger in the pictures, and in person it looked more like a storage room than a place that people should sleep in. When we entered we immediately noticed how humid the room was, which made it smell bad. The lack of proper ventilation and windows makes the humidity even worse and the only way to get rid of it is by tuning in the air condition, which turns off when you leave, so the room is always humid when you get back. ON TOP OF THAT, there was noticeable mold growing on the ceiling of the bathroom. There was also mold developed on the sheets. The walls were dirty, there was a lack of basic utilities (e.g chair, place to put hand-soap, only 2 hangers). Staff never came to clean the room (we were there for 3 nights, and were supplied with only 1 toilet paper and a second one upon request), but were very precise when it came to checking out. All of our towels, slippers, wet clothes remained wet throughout our stay because of the constant humidity and lack of a place to hang cloths to dry (which made the smell worse). INVEST IN A BETTER STAY.

Avevamo alte aspettative ma appena entrati ci siamo ritrovati in una camera molto più piccola e stretta rispetto a ciò che immaginavamo dalle foto. Perimetria del bagno inadatta infatti la porta sbatte sul lavandino, impedendo una giusta sicurezza. Questo però è il fattore meno importante per noi. Le lenzuola e le federe avevano macchie e peli per questo abbiamo messo i nostri teli sopra i cuscini evitando il contatto con la pelle. Per lavarci c'erano solo due boccette di sapone che in un giorno erano già finite. Nella doccia risaliva acqua senza andare giù e c'era evidente muffa sul tetto del bagno. Angoli pieni di polvere...insomma posto da dimenticare. L'unica cosa che ci ha salvato è stata la posizione centrale della città di fira.
