It was one of the best hotels in Cairo! ♥️ I stayed 10 days with my family at Zone Residence and everything was amazing in the best, unexpected way.

هدوء ونظافة موقع ممتاز قريب للخدمات تحت العمارة يوجد سوبر ماركت و يوجد بالقرب سيراً على الاقدام مول سيتي سنتر بداخله العديد من المطاعم والكافيهات و كارفور
موظفين محترمين حريصين على راحت النزيل على رأسهم الاخ مينا ويوسف ونادي شكراً لكم سوف اكرر الزيارة بإذن الله

From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The customer service was exceptional, but the hosts are truly on another level when it comes to cooperation and helpfulness, they went above and beyond to ensure a perfect stay.
The apartment itself was spotlessly clean and looked exactly like the photos. The location is also fantastic and incredibly convenient, with a Carrefour within easy walking distance. I cannot recommend this place enough; the genuine hospitality made all the difference!
The hosts set the bar for hospitality so high that they’ve completely ruined future rentals for me, nothing else will compare! :)

Me ha encantado el personal, super serviciales y dispuestos a ayudar en todo, el dueño muy atento y siempre pendiente de nosotras, hemos ido dos chicas y nos hemos sentido muy bien y seguras. Llegamos a las 2 am y como hay recepción 24/7 no ha habido ningún problema, por lo que un punto más a favor. Gracias al personal nuestra experiencia en Egipto fue maravillosa, lo recomiendo y estoy segura de que volveré.
En cuanto a las habitaciones, preciosas, muy espaciosas y limpias y con todo lo necesario y comodidades.
The rooms were very clean, comfortable. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful the moment we arrived and parked the car and throughout the stay. We experienced an issue related ro the booking platform, but the owner handled the situation with great generosity and professionalism, making sure we were comfortable and well taken care of. Their hospitality truly made a difference in our stay, and turned the trip into a very pleasant one.
