Pros:

スタッフの方の応対も親切でとても良かったです。汐留の駅までとても近くて便利でした。シャンプーや歯ブラシは無いのかと思っていましたが、ちゃんと置いてあったのでホームページのアメニティの欄に記入していただければわかりやすかったと思います。喫煙の部屋だったのですが、タバコの匂いが全然しなかったので嬉しかったです。

Cons:

電話の内線がなかったのと、荷物を送りたかったのですが、宅急便の取り扱いがなかったのが少し残念でした。

Good hotel, no frills
Pros:

Good location. Within walking distance to many attractions- Tokyo Tower, park, Imperial Palace. A lot of restaurants nearby. The room was adequate, no frills, good enough for 3 days stay.

Cons:

The bento box for breakfast was mostly rice. I regretted that I included breakfast when booking. The reception was often empty, so that luggage left for storage was just as safe as if left simply in the street. I ended up paying for late checkout so I wouldn't have to worry about it.

立地も良く、コンビニも近くにあり、部屋もキレイ。東京ならお得なのかもしれません。

部屋がキレイ

Cons:

フロントで荷物を預かっていただきましたが、フロント内ではなく、通路に置いてました。少し不安でしたが、置いた時のままでした。いいのか悪いのか、日本だから盗まれなかったのか。

立地、夜の街も賑やかで食べるには困らない

最初から最後まで2泊３日
日本人スタッフが、誰もいないのでびっくりした
コンビニが駅側しかないのでチェックインする前、駅からの移動中にコンビニへ寄る事をおすすめする

低額でお得感があり、ホテル周辺も割と便利でよかったですが、ホテル内の環境改善が必要。
Pros:

交通機関まで近かった

Cons:

フロント周辺、フロアにものが散乱している。外国の方のスタッフが多い印象で、挨拶などは丁寧でしたが、ホテルサービスとしては環境が悪すぎ。フロントの奥でスタッフが雑談しているのも丸聞こえでした。
