Beautiful clean hotel with some service downside.
Pros:

New, beautiful and comfortable! Location is amazing. Loved the soap product as well.

Cons:

Maybe understaffed? Generally slow service.
Doesn’t sound proof from the hallway. Door closing noises from other rooms are pretty big. Sometimes the housekeeping staffs talk loud on the hallway.

This was the perfect getaway close to home!

Beautiful beachfront hotel, but at around $850 per night, the limited pool, disappointing housekeeping and expensive add
Pros:

The hotel itself is beautiful, elegant and well designed. The location directly by the beach is attractive, and the rooms are comfortable and nicely appointed. The property has a pleasant atmosphere and the staff we interacted with were generally friendly.

Cons:

The hotel is seriously overpriced for what it offers. At around $850 per night, I expected a much higher level of facilities and service.

The swimming pool is far too small for a hotel at this price level. Even more frustrating, many of the larger loungers were marked as “reserved”, although nobody appeared to be using them, leaving paying guests with very limited seating options.

Housekeeping was disappointing. During our three-night stay, amenities that were already quite limited were forgotten and had to be requested.

The valet parking is also expensive and charged separately, which is difficult to justify given the already very high room rate.

Finally, although the beachfront location is beautiful, the surrounding neighborhood did not feel particularly upscale or appealing to us.

Overall, the hotel is attractive, but the experience does not justify the price. The facilities, housekeeping and additional charges do not match what I would expect from a hotel charging around $800 per night.

La ubicacion es muy buena al igual que la atencion del personal.

Cons:

Nuestro descanso fue interrumpido en varias ocaciones, en nuestra primera noche a la mañana siguiente llegaron temprano con un desayuno que no era para nosotros, habitacion equivocada. En nuetra segunda noche por la mañana a las 5:30 AM despertamos con ruidos de personas conversando fuerte y con traslados de moviliario por el pasillo y ese mismo dia por la noche a las 10:30 PM un señor oriental golpeando insistentemente nuestra puerta por algo relacionado al parecer con un niño extraviado que tampoco era de nosotros, en resumen no tuvimos ninguna noche de descanso continuo que es lo que uno busca en un lugar como este. Lamentable nuestra experiencia en un lugar tan hermoso.
