I wish there were more hotels like this. I loved the decor and overall feel.
Pros:

Beautiful new hotel. Loved the fireplace in the lobby and the unique and delicious drinks concocted at the bar.

Cons:

The area outside is a bit meh, but I should have realized what a boardwalk usually entails.

Location and cleanliness

Cons:

The staff were rude and disrespectful and I didn’t enjoy my stay. I attempted to contact Booking.com to inform of the issues I had, but no contact number was available. For the cost of the room there were several issues. Parking staff and hotel staff are two different agencies and night staff and day staff gave conflicting information regarding parking. When I tried to explain what I was told by night crew, I was accused of lying to the daytime manger of hotel and the day time parking attendant. After all of the frustration and two day of arguing with staff, I was finally informed that there was free parking 1 block from the hotel, which is hotel property, but not advertised as such to guest. Parking is $55 per night otherwise. Overall, my trip was to get away and relax and I was not able to do that. The trip was a waste of $1800. I’ll never stay there again.

Amazing staycation that felt very special.
Pros:

This property was absolutely gorgeous. Every corner has so much detail. It felt so luxurious. We were there for a birthday celebration and we were greeted with sparkling wine and macarons. The pool is beautiful and has a great view of the beach. The poolside service was great.

Cons:

The staff was hit or miss. Some were very attentive and others not as much. Valet is the only parking option and can be pricey. The restaurant, Low Tide, is beautiful but the food is lacking.

Perfect stay in every way!
Pros:

Everything was spectacular. The staff were amazing from the valet, to receptionists, housekeeping and in room dining.
The smell of the hotel was amazing! I want my house to smell like that. The bed and pillows soooo comfortable.
I could go on and on. Everything was perfect.

Cons:

Location, location, location. Roof top deck, fire pits and view.
Did I mention how amazing the hotel smells?!

Beautiful location and beautiful room and amazing staff
Pros:

I loved everything about the stay except one point. When I booked the room I wanted to make sure we had a full ocean view. The person said yes a full view of the ocean. Then we had only a partial view if you look over the balcony and lean over to the right is the view we had. I called the desk to voice my thoughts and was told that is how the views are. I was disappointed as we looked forward to a trip with a beautiful view and was not given what we paid for. We spent a lot of money expecting we would have the view we wanted but didn’t get. Everything else was beautiful !
