Die Unterkunft wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Überall waren Spinnennetze. In der Dusche lag ein benutzter Rasierer !!! So etwas habe ich noch nie erlebt. Das geht gar nicht sorry !

Bad Location
Pros:

- The environment is very good for relaxation, especially the view of Sapanca Lake.
- The Syrian girl in reception was very helpful

Cons:

- The restaurant staff are unfriendly—especially the employee who greets guests; she is constantly scowling and serves food in an unproper way, particularly to Arab guests. She is the main reason for my low rating of the place.
- The place is difficult to reach without a car.
- The hotel name in Booking is incorrect. It should be “World Dreams Forest”, not “World Dreams Sapanca”, so the location of the hotel is different and you have to check the location before moving,
- You have to carry the luggage by yourself to the rooms with lot of stairs.
- The room door of Bungalow was difficult to open and close.
- Some room facilities in the room are not exist, despite its mentioned in Booking page, so you need to ask everything to reception with no response.

The view is great.
Nice staff during check In and Out.

Cons:

I've asked multiple times for a crib and they said they will bring but didn't receive at all.
The place needs some maintenance especially in kitchen and bathroom.

Намира се в нищото. Едва го открихме. Бунгалото беше мръсно, занемарено. Кърпите бяха с петна, нямаше тоалетна хартия. По диваните и масата имаше косми.

لم يعجبني تعامل موظف الاستقبال، لم يوفروا لما نفس مواصفات الكوخ اللذي تم حجزه. حيث قاموا باعطائنا كوخ باطلالة على جبل بينما حجزنا يطل على بحرية صبنجا!
ثم الأغرب من ذلك هو طريقة تبريره، يقول أنكم لم تطلبوا في الطلبات الخاصة كوخ مطل على بحيرة! يحاول ان ينقل الخطأ الى العميل!
حجزي كان اطلالة على البحيرة وهذا كافي.
يتبقى على مدير الحجوزات أن يتوقف عن الطمع و يوهم الناس بتوفر اكواخ مطلة على البحيرة ليأخذ مبالغ أكبر !
للأسف تجربة غير مشجعة

Größtenteils alles :)

Dass die Kinder auf der Couch schlafen mussten, besser wäre eine ausziehbare Schlafcouch oder aufklappende Betten, dann wäre die Unterkunft eine 10 von 10.

Pros:

Der Pool war okay. Die Aussicht war schön.

Cons:

Das Bungalow komplett heruntergekommen. Sauberkeit und Instandhaltung so gut wie gar nicht vorhanden. Vergammelte Holz-Arbeitsplatte in der Küche. Gefrierfach im Kühlschrank komplett vereist. Bettgestell gebrochen und laienhaft repariert. Tür-Fensterrahmen in einem Zimmer im Erdgeschoss angeknackst. Tür mit Mühe verschlossen. Coach im Erdgeschoss völlig verdreckt. Zwischen den Polstern nur Dreck von den Vormietern. Erst nach Beschwerde wurden die Klimaanlagen von Winter auf Sommerbetrieb umgestellt. Genau so auch das Warmwasser erst nach Info an Rezeption eingeschaltet worden. Die Polster der Terrassenmöbel komplett versifft und mit Brandlöchern von Zigaretten versehen.
Also, das Bungalow wurde vor unserer Ankunft nicht richtig vorbereitet. Keine Grundreinigung und auch keine Funktionsprüfung der Geräte durchgeführt. Lediglich Betten bezogen, Handtücher reingelegt und grob durchgefegt. Völlig inakzeptabel. Auch wenn der Preis recht niedrig im Vergleich zu der Umgebung war. Trotzdem eine komplette Enttäuschung.
Wenigstens war das Personal an der Rezeption und der eine Techniker recht nett.
