The staff are very nice and helpful. Also, the location is only 20 minutes from Sphinx Airport.

Clean cozy, the receptionist is very helpful especially Noorhan نورهان she’s very respectful , helpful with positive energy make the stay comfortable ,and all others the restaurant staff and even the security are amazing, 5 stars and we will come back and recommend to friends

Schöne Villa mit familiären Atmosphäre, Super nettes Personal, Fräulein Norhan am Empfang war sehr aufmerksam, hilfsbereit und geht auf die individuelle Wünsche ein. Vielen lieben Dank... sehr Empfehlenswert 👍

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit hier. Die Zimmer waren absolut sauber, komfortabel und stilvoll eingerichtet. Der Service war von Anfang bis Ende erstklassig – das gesamte Personal war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Lage (Standort) ist perfekt, um die Umgebung zu erkunden.

Das zimmer.was sehr geräumig und hell eingerichtet. Man hatt alles was man braucht auf den zimmer
Aktivitäten in der Nähe:
Mann kann mit den Usern in 20 Minuten in der mal of arabic sein oder man fährt mit den über 30 Minuten und ist in der mall of egypt und ski Egypt und verbringt da einen tollen tag mit der Familie. Und für alle die museum besuchen mögen kann ich nur das The grand The grandEgyptian museum das 35 Minuten mit den uber entfernt ist nur wärmstens an herzen legen aber geht da am besten gleich morgens um.9:00 uhr in und unter der woche dan ist es da nicht so voll.

Speisen und Getränke:
Es gibt hir eine große Auswahl wall ob Heiß Getränke oder Soft Getränke aber auch in frischen Säfte. Die essen auf wall ist genau so hervorragend, egal ob zum Frühstück mitag oder zum Abendessen.
Nennenswertes:
Das Personal ist super zu vorkmend und freundlich ob es der General Manager ist Khaled Karam oder die super nette receptiinistin Nourhan oder der andere nette Herr der hir arbeitet.

تجربة رائعة بكل المقاييس! الفندق مريح جداً ونظيف للغاية، وطاقم العمل اتسم بأعلى درجات الود والاحترافية. أخص بالشكر الجزيل الأستاذة نورهان والأستاذ هيثم صلاح على حسن استقبالهما وتعاونهما الراقي. أنصح بالإقامة فيه بشدة.

The hotel is quiet and comfortable, and the overall stay was pleasant. The service was good, and the staff were helpful. However, the food menu was limited and could offer more variety. The food service was average and could also be improved. Overall, it was a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

The whole experience was excellent from the moment we arrived. The food was traditional Egyptian with a hint of Western. The whole staff, from the receptionist to those preparing the food, to housekeeping and the security staff, made you feel welcome at all times and could not do enough for you. I would certainly return and recommend it to anyone.

I truly enjoyed my stay and felt at home from the very beginning. The hotel is a lovely, cozy place with a warm atmosphere, excellent cleanliness and, above all, heartfelt hospitality. I’ve visited Egypt many times, but this was the first time I felt so comfortable and well looked after in this price category.

What really makes this place special, though, is the team. A huge thank you to Khaled, our host, for making me feel so welcome and for personally taking care of his guests. Nourhan at reception was exceptional, warm, friendly and highly attentive, often anticipating my wishes and taking care of things before I even had to ask. Asmaa from Food & Beverage prepared breakfast with real care and tailored it to individual preferences, while Haytham crafted coffee specialties at a genuinely professional barista level, which became one of the highlights of my stay. Sabah from Housekeeping did an excellent job keeping everything spotless.

I also really appreciated the pleasant mix of guests and the relaxed atmosphere throughout the hotel. Everything felt personal, easygoing and genuinely welcoming rather than impersonal or hectic.

Another detail that stayed with me was the hotel’s kind and caring attitude toward the local cats. They are allowed to stay in the outdoor areas, and the staff makes sure they have water, especially important in the extreme heat, as well as leftover food. It may seem like a small gesture, but to me it says a lot about the warmth and humanity of the place. 🐾

Many thanks to the whole team for the wonderful hospitality. I would happily stay here again and can wholeheartedly recommend this place.

It was a very nice hotel . We stayed in the junior suite, it was spacious and clean and the receptionist asmaa was such a helpful and cheerful person
