Beautiful compact living in a great location
Pros:

Beautiful small place with everything you need. Great location.

Cons:

The roof/ceiling doesn't look good, needs painting. The shower is too small and drains slowly.

Great location . All the comfort one needs.
Pros:

Location. Bed was comfy. All neat and newly appointed. Well equipped. Suited our overnight needs perfectly.
For people who are staying for a few days , the full size fridge would be a bonus.

Cons:

Would be a good idea to have a microwave instead of an air fryer.
Cleaning cost being added on to price was a bit of a downside.

Ok accommodation and for a good price, but be extra careful and use the in-room safe!
Pros:

The accommodation itself is fine. The apartments are modern and nicely equipped, and that part was good. It was also clean and the room smelled nice.

Cons:

As I already said I would, I have to leave an honest review. First of all, we did not get the rooms shown in the photos. We were misled. Whether this was Booking.com’s mistake or someone else’s, it does not matter to us - the room appearance was misleading, and the stated size was not accurate either. We paid attention to these details when making the reservation, but the apartments we received were quite small. We asked them to move us to the one we paid for, but they did not have any left. Only the two-bedroom apartment matched the description. Secondly, our room was cleaned, but our friends’ rooms were not cleaned at all.
And now the worst part: money went missing from the room. My friend had 300 eur in her wallet, which she left in the room, and the money disappeared. Interestingly, her room was supposedly not cleaned, which makes the whole situation even more suspicious. Also, when my friend complained that her room had not been cleaned, she was told that it was because they did not have a key to her room. Apparently, they had keys for all the other rooms, but supposedly not for hers. This explanation sounds very unlikely to us. What makes the situation even more suspicious is that the money had already gone missing by then. She noticed it on Sunday, meaning the cash disappeared sometime between Friday and Sunday. Accommodation advertised as five-star should never allow something like this to happen. It is already bad enough not feeling fully safe on the streets of Cape Town - we should not also have to worry about being robbed inside the hotel by staff or people with access to the rooms. This is truly unacceptable.

Excellent stay - would recommend!
Pros:

Great location and excellent staff.

The air con worked well and the two bedroom apartment had plenty of space and was kept super clean. The staff were brilliant and it felt very safe and welcoming.

Cons:

It was all very good.

One minor downside was the inability to watch the apartment’s Netflix as the login had too many rooms streaming. A very minor inconvenience in what was overwhelmingly a fantastic place.

Pros:

Location: close to a lot of nice restaurants and easy access to Ubers
The space is enough for one person, and the bed is comfortable. The room itself has everything you need i.e kitchen appliances and utensils and extra blanket
The wifi worked perfectly

Boa localização.
Pros:

Eu fiquei no Estúdio que é grande e espaçoso porém a cama é de casal e só desce apenas por um lado. Meus amigos ficaram num Estúdio Compacto que é metade do espaço (apertado pra casal). Todos os móveis e utensílios são novos e a localização é ótima com muitos cafés e restaurantes próximos.

Cons:

A limpeza ocorre a cada 2 dias e por duas vezes consecutivas não limparam meu quarto mesmo eu pedindo e reclamando na Booking. Eu tive essa experiência ruim com a limpeza.O box é apertado, pessoas grandes podem ter dificuldade.

Pros:

Close to many restaurants. Safe area and well equipped apartment.

Cons:

It was clean in general but I found a few hairs on the cushions. The rug can also use some cleaning. There was some welding being done during the day.

Bad and disrespectful
Cons:

I have booked 5 studios but 3 of us couldn’t travel.
I asked booking.com and the property to modify the booking but they refused.
They were not supportive and cooperative.
This is not a good service for the customer.
They offer discounted rates but later on they didn’t respond to my message.
