Overall the apartment and bathroom were clean, however certain things showed it could be done more thoroughly- there was a dead bee in the floor next to the curtains, and kids’ socks behind the TV directly in the wires.
As in many apart-hotels neither bathrobes, nor slippers provided.
Sound insulation inside the building could be better, as we’ve heard notices from apartments next to ours and from the top.
Remote from the garage gates was working only for the wrong section of the parking, and we managed to get out from the parking only driving through empty parking spots, which to our luck happened to be, otherwise we would be stuck there until the start of working hours of the rental support.

It was impossible to sleep in the room for various reasons.

No working air conditioning:
It was very hot in the room when we got there. The room was advertised with working air conditioning. They had the AC unit but we couldn't find the remote. We contacted the management and the response was just "It should be in the room...". We later found the controller above the fridge in the back of a kitchen cupboard. It turned out the AC wasn't working properly. It started dripping a lot of water to the floor, so we couldn't use the AC all night.

Terrible strong chemical smell:
The apartment also had a very strong chemical smell. It was hard to breathe in the apartment and you could almost taste it. It smelled like bug spray but stronger. I don't know what it was but sure hope it wasn't some pest repellent.

Very noisy surroundings:
We had to sleep windows open to get some air in and to let the heat out. I street below the apartment was very noisy. Loud cars, drunk people and a construction site next door that started work around 7 am.

Terrible beds:
The beds were the hardest I've ever experienced. I could feel all the springs in the mattress.

The managing team was probably the worst ever. We ended up staying only one night even when we booked two. We sent multiple messages to the management but no answers to any of our messages. We just couldn't get any good sleep in the apartment. We ended up going to another hotel for the second night.

There was no aircondition in the apartment, whic meant that it was really hot during the nights.

Den beworbenen Pool gibt es leider nicht. Auch Sauna etc.: Fehlanzeige! Unsere Reklamation diesbezüglich wurde zunächst nicht bearbeitet u. dann auf Polnisch. Weil Pool, Sauna u. Spa nicht nur im Titel, sondern auch Unter Highlights gelistet sind, ist das überhaupt nicht ok. Aus der Dusche kamen unangenehme Gerüche. Der Techniker hat das Probleme auch nicht beheben können. Der Balkon zum Innenhof schallt ziemlich.
