In general the hotel is neary perfect
Pros:

Very clean and comfortable, the pool need to be heated , and morning staff need to be increased and must be trained

Cons:

The pool water must be heated during this time , water was very cold , very little staff during breakfast, staff not trained they wait to be told what to do , not enough cups or glasses

Un merveilleux séjour pour notre lune de miel ! ❤️


Nous avons passé un excellent séjour à l’Idou Malabata. Notre chambre était très confortable, avec une magnifique vue sur la mer. Quel plaisir de se réveiller chaque matin face à ce superbe panorama !
Mais ce qui nous a particulièrement touchés, ce sont les délicates attentions réservées à l’occasion de notre lune de miel. De jolies surprises qui ont rendu notre séjour encore plus spécial. Quel bonheur !
Le personnel est professionnel, adorable, souriant et toujours attentionné. On se sent vraiment choyés dans cet hôtel.
Tout était parfait: chambre, équipements, propreté, personnel aimable! En résumé le top!

Nous repartons avec de très beaux souvenirs et l’envie de revenir ! Merci à toute l’équipe d’avoir contribué à rendre ce moment si précieux. ❤️

Pros:

We got sea front nice sized of room, comfortable bed, very friendly staff, wide spread breakfast, excellent location.

Cons:

Taxi on request to concierge staff. Regardless of distance Taxis are charging minimum 100 dirhams.

L’hôtel est magnifique mais ne correspond en rien aux critères d’un 5 étoiles.
Pros:

La propreté, le confort et les infrastructures. La situation géographique au calme. La gentillesse du personnel.

Cons:

La qualité du service, le manque de formation et de compétences liées à un défaut de management. Lenteur, difficulté à assumer les erreurs, excuses permanentes. Un audit s’impose!

Amazing stay
Pros:

Very clean hotel with great amenities including a pool and spa. The staff are very friendly too. The sea view is stunning and the breakfast buffet had good quality and great variety of food. I ordered room service several times during my stay and the food was delicious! Special thanks to Wafae and Aicha at the spa - had a really nice experience for my first hammam. Zara Fatima who was making the Moroccan bread at breakfast and Alubukiri (the restaurant manager) were especially kind! Thank you for making my stay so enjoyable! I also wanted to note that I liked that they were very kind to the local stray cats too, taking the time to feed them :)

Nothing at all - it was fantastic.
