Décevant, arnaqué au niveau du parking, accueil inefficace.
Cons:

Arrivée en voiture, aucune aide pour se garer, j'ai été obligé de récupérer mes bagages comme j'ai pu, des soit-disant accords avec le parking public alors que la facture finanle était supérieure aux tarifs affichés en sortie du parking.
Je pense qu'à l'arrivée, aucune explication cohérente sur le fonctionnement de ce service n'a été donnée.
Départ, idem, aucune aide, parking pour 3 nuits 75 €, je gare mon véhicule devant l'hôtel, mon épouse déplace elle-même les poteaux. Nous sommes dans un 4 étoiles !!

Super nuit à l’hôtel et bon moment au spa
