Très bon hôtel pour un weekend ou une nuit de repos. Emplacement idéal et personnel à l’écoute.
Pros:

Très beau hôtel a coté du chateau de fontainebleau, spa sympa et calme avec piscine sauna et hammam. Bon petit dej avec terrasss en cour intérieure , bonne ambiance apaisante au global. Tarif preferenciel pour 24h pour le parking indigo napoleon. Créneaux pour le spa ideals pour eviter l’affluence.

Cons:

Les oreillers avaient une odeur très bizzare ( entre renfermé et limite odeur d’égouts) on a du demander un changement d’oreillers tellement c’était insupportable. La suite parait plus grande en photo mais en réalité pour la suite avec acces spa, la chambre etait assez grande pour le lit et deux mini tables de nuits, l’espace en plus contenait un vieux fauteuil poussiereux et qui n’a pas ete deplace pour nettoyer derriere. Le hammam et le sauna sont tout petits et n’accueillent que 3 personnes en meme temps. Le hammam est mal entretenu.

Weekend très agréable et au calme
Pros:

Très bel établissement (decor - ameublement) bien situé dans Fontainebleau. Accueil courtois, efficace et professionnel. Les chambres sont confortables et bien agencées.

Cons:

Le petit déjeuner est certainement le point faible. Cela manque de spécialités seine et marnaises : brie de Melun, produits aux coquelicots de Nemours ( gelée, biscuits etc), produits à la rose de Provins (confiture, gelée, biscuits etc), fontainebleau.

Il serait bien d'interdire à la clientèle de se pointer en short ou bermuda et claquettes au petit déjeuner !

Pros:

Le cadre est magnifique, literie et salle de bain dans notre suite très bien. Mention spéciale à la piscine qui est parfaite.

Cons:

Les réceptionnistes masculins avec des t-shirts non repassés dans un hôtel de ce standing la tenue est un minimum.
Les cocktails qui sont juste des sodas sans saveurs.

Pros:

Uitstekend hotel waarop niets aan te merken valt. De kamer, het ontbijt en het avondmaal, alles zeer verzorgd. Prima regeling met de ondergrondse parking 20 meter verderop.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to the Imperial Palace

Cons:

However, apart from its décor, which is on a par with a five-star hotel, the hotel has no other advantages. The breakfast on offer is not up to the standard of a three-star hotel; the coffee machine is faulty and needs to be manually restarted after every cup, and there is only one member of staff serving breakfast. The rooms on the fourth floor are very poor; the lift does not go directly to the fourth floor, so you have to change lifts on the second floor. Outside the window were the hotel’s air-conditioning units, which were extremely noisy; they could be heard even with the windows closed, severely disrupting sleep. The hotel does not have its own car park, so guests have to carry their luggage to a public car park; the prices charged are not commensurate with the service provided for a five-star hotel.
