Pros:

Good location, free parking available.

Cons:

We had a lot of mosquitoes in the room that bothered us all night. I messaged the owner to ask if there was an anti-mosquito device available, but received no reply.

Can't take a hot shower
Pros:

Literally everything would be great if only there was hot water in the bathroom.

Cons:

There was only cold water in the evening and in the morning, I let it run for 20 minutes and it was still ice cold. Imagine wanting a shower after an 8h drive and getting this bs. After messaging the host he said he'd get it fixed, but he never came. Also there are only 2 parking spaces outside and it's first come first served basis so you better pray people in 4 other rooms don't drive.

Pros:

A beautiful renovated building from around 1900. It has a lovely character and is located in a residential street with some parking just outside. It has a kind of alley yard with a table to enjoy a drink outside. The communal kitchen is well equipped. The owner is extremely helpful and if we ever visit Bucharest again we would choose this accommodation.

The room description said it had air conditioning, and I stayed in the attic. The air conditioner was there, but it had been broken for a long time. I contacted the landlord, who said it was working fine that morning, and then nothing more. I couldn't sleep that night because it was so hot, and my pillow was filled with the scent of the previous guest's man. My room was much warmer than the common areas of the building, making it impossible to sleep. There were even traces of blood on my bath towel. I was sweating profusely and couldn't sleep, and nobody paid any attention to me.
