Pros:

A beautiful renovated building from around 1900. It has a lovely character and is located in a residential street with some parking just outside. It has a kind of alley yard with a table to enjoy a drink outside. The communal kitchen is well equipped. The owner is extremely helpful and if we ever visit Bucharest again we would choose this accommodation.

位置不错，但不建议开车入住，车位紧张，地处老街交通拥堵不堪。

Cons:

The room description said it had air conditioning, and I stayed in the attic. The air conditioner was there, but it had been broken for a long time. I contacted the landlord, who said it was working fine that morning, and then nothing more. I couldn't sleep that night because it was so hot, and my pillow was filled with the scent of the previous guest's man. My room was much warmer than the common areas of the building, making it impossible to sleep. There were even traces of blood on my bath towel. I was sweating profusely and couldn't sleep, and nobody paid any attention to me.

Am plătit integral cazarea anul trecut și cu doar câteva zile înainte să merg la București la cazare mai mințit că sau încurcat .dând altor persoane cazarea mai scump .
Deci nota 0 oameni fără pic de respect.

Good value but you get what you pay for.
Pros:

It was a good size and had a fridge and tv. The bedroom and kitchen dining area were spacious. The man who worked at the property was lovely and helpful. The access was easy via a key safe with a code. The company was easy to contact and helpful.

Cons:

The apartment was in a basement, malodorous with no air conditioning and as such was too hot and it felt very isolated and unsafe. There was limited crockery and even less cutlery. There were bars on window leaving only one window to exit in the event of a fire. Noted other apartments had windows wide open that weren’t in the basement.

Attenzione alla camera che ti assegnano, molta differenza tra quella nel seminterrato e le altre
Pros:

Il secondo giorno ci siamo fatti cambiare la stanza ed era molto meglio. Anche piu' pulita

Cons:

La prima notte ci hanno assegnata una camera nel seminterrato, poco pulita, con bagno pieno di muffa, quando facevi la doccia si allagava tutta la camera, un odore di muffa per tutta la stanza e c'erano capelli ovunque
Gli asciugamani erano bagnati e non profumavano di pulito

Pros:

Fabulous location close to restaurants, Patriarchal Hill and other attractions. Parking was available immediately outside the apartments and the area felt safe. We were surprised how peaceful the apartment was at night, with no traffic noise at all. The apartment is spacious and is nicely furnished. There is a shared kitchen, lounge and dining area upstairs if needed. I was particularly impressed that the owner contacted us following our stay to ensure everything was to our (and his!) satisfaction.
