Pros:

We had a wonderful stay. The apartment was excellent, with new, clean furnishings and a beautiful mountain view. The location is peaceful and convenient—about a 25-minute walk to the marina and the Old Town, and only 10 minutes to Erasta Mall, where frequent buses take you to Ölüdeniz in just 20–30 minutes. The hosts were incredibly kind and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.

We hebben voor de tweede keer voor dit hotel gekozen en opnieuw een geweldige ervaring gehad. Het personeel is ontzettend vriendelijk en behulpzaam. De kamers zijn ruim, modern en zeer hygiënisch. De airconditioning werkt uitstekend. Goede geluidsisolatie van de kamers. De ligging is perfect in een rustige omgeving, niet ver van het centrum.

Was a nice place but disappointed pool closed so early.
Pros:

Nice New clean accom a bit away from the town area

Cons:

We booked because it had a pool but pool closes at 7pm which is the same time we arrived. No dishcloth, tea towel or dish detergent supplied which was a bit weird as it had pots and pans and cooking facilities.

Everything new, comfortable bed, good quality bedding&towels, very large sinks.

Cons:

The price they told me at the door was higher than the price on booking.com. And Turks in general do not have access to booking.com due to silly local regulations. This is not a professiona/reliablel pricing attitude, hurts the trust of customers. When i mentioned the gap, I was told reception doesn't determine the price (yet they should know/keep track of latest pricing on all platforms)
