Bien, pero no era lo que publican
Pros:

El hotel ya no es como se ve en las fotos, ese es el problema, lo reservamos para estar en la terraza ( El hotel esta en remodelación, así que no hay nada de columpios, sillas, en la terraza) Tampoco el diseño, lo más complicado es que no hay ventanas en las habitaciones y se siente muy feo no ver, sentir aire, ventilar.
El personal muy amable, siempre atentos, muy amables los chicos que están en las tardes/ noche sumamente gentiles, se agradece ya que en Qro no son realmente amables.

Cons:

Que no indiquen que el hotel es otro, que no están las cosas que te dice la publicación, no tener ventanas, es horrible!!!

Comfy choice close to the city center.
Pros:

Nicely placed on small streets 10 minutes walking distance to central area of the city.
Pleasant and polite staff.
Large and clean room and bathroom.

Cons:

estaba en remodelación. la habitación olía a pintura fresca. la alberca estaba algo sucia y no ambientada como en las fotos. la terraza estaba en remodelación y no pudimos usarla. el restaurante era más bien una cafetería con tres cosas.

Muy buena experiencia...
Pros:

La atención del personal la verdad es demasiado buena, las instalaciones muy cómodas, es de los pocos hoteles que tienen un buen horario de alberca lastima que hacía frío y el agua estaba helada, pero sin duda volveríamos.

Cons:

El paquete decía que incluía el desayuno pero al final nos comentaron que en el precio final no lo incluía, al parecer fue un error al cargar la información en la página, aún así los desayunos son muy baratos y completos.

If you need a oool.this one isn’t working

It’s located at an ok spot and seemed cleaned. The staff was great.

EXCELENTE!!
Pros:

Excelente atención, se me poncho una llanta y el chico de Recepción nos ayudo y fue muy amable, me consiguió rápidamente quien lo reparara, de verdad una hospitalidad tremenda, además tuvimos brindis y uvas, fueron muy atentos con mis hijos.

Cons:

El agua de la alberca estaba muy fría, pero también puede ser por el clima, lo que, si es que deberían revisar el elevador, sube y no se abre, te baja de la nada y eso espanta. Fuera de eso todo estuvo, perfectísimo.
