Wonderful stay for my family!
Pros:

We had a wonderful stay at Site Village Family Suites and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming place to stay. The property was clean, well-maintained, and perfect for families.

What truly made our experience exceptional was the front desk team. Every staff member we interacted with was friendly, professional, and genuinely eager to help. Their warm hospitality made us feel welcome from the moment we arrived.

A special thank you to Hasan, the Front Desk Manager, who went above and beyond to ensure our stay was enjoyable. Hasan’s professionalism, attention to detail, and dedication to guest satisfaction were outstanding. He was always available to assist with any questions or requests and made us feel like valued guests throughout our visit.

Excellent service can make all the difference, and the team at Site Village Family Suites delivered exactly that. We look forward to returning in the future!

Beautiful holiday
Pros:

A beautiful green hotel surrounded by lush vegetation. The staff are friendly, welcoming, and exceptionally hospitable, always ready to help. The rooms are clean, with fresh towels provided daily. The hotel also provides towels for the pool and beach. The food is delicious and offers a good variety.

Cons:

The only drawback is the distance from the beach. A shuttle minibus is available, but it is quite old and shows its age. Another minor issue is that some of the drivers have limited English skills.

Это отличный семейный отель!! Нам очень понравилось, персонал очень приветливый и всегда готовы вам помочь, делать ваш отдых ещё комфортнее.Ежедневно по вечерам проходят развлечения, часто для всех проводят пенную вечеринку.Официантам отдельная благодарность, они очень все стараются и всегда смотрят за чистотой!!! Мои дети не хотели уезжать))Мы провели там 11 дней и Могу точно сказать что вернёмся сюда ещё!Спасибо вам большое за наш отличный отдых у вас🤗🙂😊Хочу добавить, мы высилились из номера в 12:00, оставили багаж и спокойно продолжили отдыхать до 24:00, нам дали вечером на час номер, чтобы сходить в душ и переодеться ,предложили полотенца,и это было совершенно бесплатно .

В номере было жарко, не смотря на то что работал кондиционер.

В Целом, за свои деньги 23000 руб (~300$)/сутки на 2 взр + 2 детей (12 и 9 лет) отличное соотношение.
Pros:

Большой ассортимент еды, приветливый персонал. Платные услуги можно оплатить евро/доллар. (Округляют всегда в свою пользу)
До собственного пляжа и обратно регулярно ходит минибас. А также можно ходить пешком, 10-15 мин прогулочным шагом

Cons:

1. При заселении дают памятку как все организовано в отеле, но не всем (не знаю по какому принципу это делают) Памятка на русском языке сделана «тяп-ляп» (некорректно), хотя в отеле регулярно бывают русскоговорящие туристы…
2. Семейный Номер в целом нормальный, но нуждается в мелком ремонте. Мыло в ванной и тюбиков с шампунем не хватало, несмотря на то, что специально обратили внимание персонала на это.
3. Было бы здорово, если к расписанию минибаса до пляжа и обратно сделали схему пешего маршрута, чтобы не искать пляж отеля.

Выбирали семейный отель с ребёнком 3х лет, остались довольны на все 100%, сюда однозначно захочется вернуться Еда отличная, вкусная, повар на пляже в кафе просто Бог, очеееень вкусно, пицца наш фаворит Зелёная территория отеля. На рецепшене ответят на все вопросы, если возникнут Понравилось абсолютно всё.Спасибо за гостеприимство

Есть недостаток детской анимации и детского клуба- я бы сказала правильно, его отсутствие Детей занять нечем, вечером детская дискотека 4песни , на этом детская программа окончена.
Семейный отель для отдыха с детьми= развлечения для детей Очень бы хотелось чтобы что-то поменялось в лучшую сторону

Fantastisk familie hotel med god service og imødekommenhed.
Pros:

Vi besøgte Side Village for 8 gang denne sommer. Og vi elsker bare at være der. Personalet er virkelig søde og servicemindede. Og både os og vores børn føler os tryg og velkommen.

Da vi har været der så mange gange, kender vi det meste af personalet. Og bliver velkommen med stor glæde og kram af det meste af personalet lige fra rengøringen til tjenerne og hotel manageren.

Vi elsker bare stranden i Side. Den er ren og lækker og helt uden sten. Og det er nemt for børnene at bøde der trygt også.

Side Village har givet os nogen af de bedste ferier. Fordi de er så imødekommende som vi aldrig har oplevet før. ❤️
