Cons:

Parking problems , The waste containers are located outsede may windows , and every morning 6:00 a.m the garbage collection truck crete a lot of noise wen they empty them. The fridge is not properly iz not working, end refrigeration does not have freezer !!!

Katastrophe! Richtig schlecht!

Die Zimmer waren geräumig und die Bettrn gut

Cons:

Als wir ankamen, ging die Toilettenspülung nicht und wir hatten nur kaltes Wasser.
Wir sind dann umgezogen in eine andere Wohnung im Haus. Da fiel die Halterung der Duschbrause von der Wand und der Wasserhahn in der Küche war abgebrochen. Beides wurde nicht repariert.
Die Ausstattung ist sehr dürftig; kochen ist praktisch unmöglich.
Das Haus liegt etwas zurückgesetzt und ist umgeben von schäbigen Wohnblocks und Müllcontainern. Jeden Morgen fuhren ab 7.00 Uhr die Müllwagen vor. Der Blick vom Balkon geht auf die Müllcontainer. Schrecklich!!

Lokalizacja, czystość, a najbardziej śniadanie. Ogromny wybór, duże porcje, smaczne!

Cons:

Siedząc na balkonie widok jest na śmietniki. Na przyszłość przydałoby się posadzić tam jakieś rośliny typu tuje, by zasłoniły.

Niestety nie polecam!!

Nie polecam! Lokalizacja fatalna - z balkonu widok na starszy blok i śmietniki. Wjazd na „parking” bardzo utrudniony - widać że nie jedno auto otarło. Nie mogliśmy otworzyć bramy wjazdowej - pomoc ze strony obiektu „trzeba mocno pociągnąć” 🙄 a okazało się że ktoś zasunął od środka. Zarówno klatka schodowa jak i sam apartament pozostawiał wiele do życzenia pod względem czystości. Obdarte ściany, drzwi, brak płytek w łazience, kanapa rozdarta i rozcięta, telewizor który przycinał. Podane hasło do wi-fi, które nie działa. No i MRÓWKI CHODZĄCE NAWET PO STOLE!!!! Na wiadomość o mrówkach najpierw brak kontaktu a później informacja, że mogą się pojawiać w cieplejszym okresie i przez balkon i obiekt spryska odpowiednimi środkami (w co wątpię bo patrząc na opinie widzę, że wiele rzeczy było już zgłaszanych i obiekt obiecuje naprawę ale nie ma to miejsca). Nigdzie w żadnym miejscu mi się to nie przytrafiło!
Materace wyleżane - niewygodne. Woda pod prysznicem ciężko schodzi. W opisie obiektu informacja o „czajniku elektrycznym” - którego brak. Jest opcja ze śniadaniem w pobliskim barze ale po przyjściu nikt o tym nie wie, po dłuższym czasie dopiero ktoś sprawdził i potwierdził. Bardzo mocno rozczarowujący poziom jak na „apartament”.

Bra läge, gångavstånd till centrum. Stor lägenhet med allt och nära stranden. Mycket bra för en familj.Och balkongen var toppen 👍

Cons:

Badrummen börjar bli behov av renovering.
Skulle vara bra med en större skyllt utanför byggnaden. Syns inte bra var man ska gå in..

Cons:

Kod do drzwi miał być przesłany o 15, czekałam z dziećmi 1,5 godziny. Mieszkanie dość zużyte, z czystością średnio. Cienkie drzwi, słychać odgłosy z innych mieszkań, również na wynajem na doby. W kuchni brakuje m.in ostrych noży. Brakuje wieszaków na ręczniki w łazience. Jest balkon ale wynajmujący inne mieszkania palą na swoich więc nie sposób z niego skorzystać z dziećmi. Na 1 noc do przeżycia ale na dłużej odradzam.

Śniadania na prawdę smaczne, ale poza obiektem. Duży wybór chociaż brak jakiejkolwiek organizacji w zakresie skąd i po co w ogóle przyszliśmy. Dla osób które np lubią obiad na śniadanie także nie ma problemu od 8 rano np pizza
