Hotel staff saving the day.

DISASTER
Pros:

The hotel is close to local tourist attractions.

Cons:

This is the worst hotel I have stayed at since I started using Booking.
The photos date back to when the hotel was new; they no longer reflect reality.
We booked a family room, but upon arrival, we were given two extremely small rooms (rooms 205 and 207) under the pretext of electrical issues in the wing where our original reservation was located.
Access to the hotel is via very steep basement stairs. There is no elevator; the hallway to the rooms and the staircases are so narrow that two people cannot pass each other, making carrying luggage a nightmare.
The rooms we received do not appear on the website; they are tiny and dirty, with stained bed linen, filthy pillows, damaged flooring, and a mini-fridge that didn't cool.
The window was broken and wouldn't close—it had tape along one side—and there were swarms of mosquitoes in the room.
The bathroom was a disaster: extremely small (if you bent over the sink, your backside hit the door), mold everywhere, a broken toilet seat, very outdated fixtures, a sewage smell, a melted exhaust fan, and a hairdryer with exposed, moldy wiring.
After spending one night in these rooms, and following our insistence, one of the rooms was swapped for a room in the wing where we had originally booked; that room was exactly what a normal room should be.

Great location and value for money, but the Wi-Fi is a total disaster

Prime Location: Excellent positioning, very close to all the main tourist attractions in Istanbul. You can easily reach everything on foot or by public transport.
Good Value: Fair ratio between the price paid and the services provided overall.
Breakfast Included: Although it is the same menu every day without much variety, it is a welcome convenience to start your day.

Useless Wi-Fi: The internet connection is completely non-functional. They use cheap, outdated hardware (Wi-Fi 4 / N300) shared across multiple apartments, which simply collapses under load. In a non-EU country like Turkey, being left without working Wi-Fi forced us into roaming data charges, racking up an extra €40+ unexpectedly.

Pozele din booking zici ca sunt din altă locație față de realitate

Am găsit lenjerie la perne murdare ,apa la wc nici măcar trasă ,dacă nici apa nu a fost trasă la wc este clar ca nici curățenie nu s-a făcut ,lenjerie murdară ceea ce înseamnă dinou fără curățenie ,am plecat direct și ne-am cazat la alt hotel ,nu sunt de încredere ,pozele de pe site nu sunt la fel ca și realitatea total dezamăgiți !

Pros:

Ottimo rapporto qualità prezzo per la zona, parcheggio incluso nel prezzo.

Cons:

Letto un po' scomodi, troppo duri. Le tende nn sono abbastanza lunghe per coprire la luce al mattino.

Vi tjekkede os ind og ud igen indenfor 1 time.
Cons:

Mikroskopisk rum, dårligt beliggenhed, dårlig service.. lad jer ikke tage fejl af billederne.. rummene er meget små, der er lige plads til en seng. Klimaet er dårligt derinde, ventilatoren virker knap nok..
