We had an incredible stay at this hotel. The staff were exceptionally helpful, welcoming, and friendly, especially the receptionist, who made us feel at home from the moment we arrived.

The location is perfect, just steps away from Taksim Square and Istiklal Street, making it easy to explore the city. The hotel is clean, and very respectful, creating a comfortable and pleasant atmosphere.

I would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting Istanbul and would be happy to stay here again.

Cons:

The Wi-Fi was available throughout the hotel, although the connection could be improved at times.

Отличный номер, чтобы переночевать. А что еще надо во время путешествия 😉 Номер небольшой, но есть все необходимое: тапочки, полотенца, гель для душа, шампунь, фен, чайник и холодильник, кондиционер.
Парень на ресепшене решал все возникшие вопросы оперативно. Отель находится в самом центре европейской части. В шаговой доступности кафе и магазины, метро, 10 минут до паромов. В следующий раз обязательно вернемся.

Tout à l'hôtel a dépassé nos attentes. La propreté, le confort, l'ambiance et la qualité du service étaient excellents. Dès notre arrivée, nous nous sommes sentis à l'aise et choyés.

Nous tenons à remercier tout particulièrement Yunus. Son attention, sa sincérité et sa gentillesse tout au long de notre séjour ont rendu notre expérience encore plus agréable. Il a répondu à toutes nos questions avec dévouement, nous a aidés pour tout ce dont nous avions besoin et a toujours fait preuve d'une attitude positive et bienveillante. Sa communication avec les clients était vraiment remarquable. La présence d'un personnel aussi attentionné et dévoué donne une toute autre dimension à l'expérience.

Konum süperdi, işciler yardım severdi.

Cons:

Asansör çok küçük, geceleri çok ses var sabah 6 ya kadar müzik sesleri geliyordu baya rahatsız ediciydi, kapının kulpu düşecek gibi, havlular temiz değildi bazıları lekeliydi.
