Hôtel Villa Eiffel Mademoiselle

Very disappointing experience at this hotel. The air conditioning in my room was not working, and after complaining, I was relocated to a handicapped room. Later, I was moved back to my original room even though the air conditioning issue was still not fixed. In addition, there was water leaking and dripping from the bathroom ceiling, which made the stay even more uncomfortable.

Instead of properly resolving the issue, the hotel only provided a portable fan as a solution. The constant moving between rooms was exhausting and highly inconvenient.

To make matters worse, upon checkout, the hotel refused to return my cash deposit, claiming that moving me to another room was considered an “upgrade” — despite this being done without my approval and only because my original room had serious maintenance problems.

Overall, this was a very frustrating and unprofessional experience, and I expected much better service and handling from the hotel management.

Man kam sehr schwer um das Bett herum. Vorsicht zu den gesalzenen Preisen (Paris normal?) kommt eine Übernachtungssteuer in Höhe von € 8,45 pro Person/Tag sodaß leicht € 70,- für 4 Tage dazu kommen. Für 2 Personen wurden nur 1 x Handtücher bereit gelegt!
Die Eingangstür des Hotels klemmte 4 Tage lang. Personal nicht immer vor Ort (wir mußten extra anrufen um reingelassen zu werden) Sehr schönes aber auch sehr enges Badezimmer, Plastikhalterung der Duschbrause defekt (Zimmer 201). Obwohl bereits bezahlt wurde, mußten wir € 200,- Authorisierungsgebühr (?? wofür) als Garantie hinterlassen (wurde aber 4 Tage später erstattet) Die schönen Bilder der "Suite" mit Glaswand (?) entsprechend leider nicht der Realität. Lockvogelangebot wie bei leider vielen anderen Hotels.

They mentioned that there was a parking at the time of the booking but receptionist said they didn’t have any parking

Pas de pression d'eau ds la douche
Difficultés a régler l'eau chaude, chaud / froid par intermittence, pas agréable.
Demande si on vous fait la chambre le matin? Nous sommes a l'hôtel je trouve cela dommage je trouve normal que l'on vous fasse la chambre meme si je ne demande pas ce qu'on me change les draps tous les jours ni les serviettes mais le service de "faire la chambre " me semble logique a l'hôtel.

This was not a 4* hotel - PLEASE SAVE YOUR MONEY and book with a large chain. Poor hygiene the best room in the hotel doesn’t even have a toilet door. Paper cups, no amenities, not even a proper reception. The rooms are dated and old. No iron in the room. Its terrible, im baffled at this got 4* its more 2-3* please save your money and go elsewhere

Les prestations fournies ne sont pas digne d'un hotel de 4 étoiles ni d'un 3 étoiles voir d'un 2 étoiles.
La Porte d'entree de l'hotel ne fonctionne pas.
La chambre est tres exigue avec un lit double de 140.
La SdB est trés petite. Le WC encombre l'entrée avec un passage seulement de 45cm pour accéder à la douche et au lavabo.
L'eau du lavabo s'évacue tres lentement.
Le bac à douche est en plastique mou et glissant où la stabilité de la personne n'est pas assurée.
Il n'y a pas de buffet pour le petit dejeuner, Il est necessaire de le commander la veille.
A l'arrivée, il n'y a qu'un seul jeu de serviette de toilette
La cage d'escalier n'est pas accessible.

Camere sono molto piccole, il bagno davvero ricavato e con materiali di bassa fattura, plastica, il piatto doccia era molto traballante.

Drága volt,kicsi szobák,nem elég felszerelt,felujítást igényel a szoba,klíma nem vezérelhető 21 foknál feljebb.
