Pros:

Celkový dojem z hotela bol veľmi dobrý. Hotel má výbornú dostupnosť a veľké parkovisko. Za parkovanie sa platí 50 zł za jednu noc, no určite veľkým plusom je jeho poloha – pešo sa za približne 5 až 7 minút dostanete na známu a obľúbenú ulicu Krupówki.
Izby boli veľmi pekné, čisté a útulné. Jediným malým nedostatkom bola veľmi malá kúpeľňa, ktorá však bola takisto čistá a udržiavaná. Hotel celkovo pôsobil veľmi čisto, upratane a udržiavane.
Raňajky boli skôr základné, bez nejakého veľkého výberu, ale všetko bolo chutné a veľmi dobre pripravené. K dispozícii bola aj káva a nealkoholické nápoje, čo považujeme za štandard.
Veľkým plusom boli aj veľmi príjemné a ochotné recepčné. Celkovo hotel hodnotíme pozitívne a na kratší pobyt v Zakopanom ho určite odporúčame.

Cons:

Vedľa hotela sa nachádza obchod, odkiaľ je počuť hluk najmä nad ránom, približne okolo štvrtej či piatej hodiny, keď začínajú vykladať tovar. Pre ľudí s ľahkým spánkom to môže byť menší problém.

Zameldowanie przebiegło w mocno chłodnej, wypranej z życzliwości i uśmiechu atmosferze.
Na śniadaniu co prawda jest w czym wybierać, ale ciepłe dania serwowane były zimne (brak podgrzewaczy w bemarach), a jajecznica miała bardzo wodnistą konsystencję.

Zarezerwowałam pokój z balkonem. Tymczasem na balkonie nie było ani jednego krzesła. Mogłam "odpoczywać" wyłącznie na stojąco. Drzwi balkonowe częściowo zablokowane łóżkiem, co uniemożliwiło wystawienie fotela z pokoju.
