Location and price

Extremely clean, excellent lighting and come with all of the amenities of an apartment (minus cooking.) The beds are so comfortable that we could have happily missed our flights and stayed longer. A 30-second walk to the neighboring 7/11 and a cute café just downstairs for your morning brew before you hit the town.
The staff here as very accommodating and are more than happy to help you with whatever you need. They even looked after our big bags for us while we visited Koh Chang for a week, and upgraded our room for free when we returned.
My girlfriend and I would happily stay here again. 10/10 hotel, especially for it's affordable price.
If you see a room you like at this location, you can confidently expect to receive exactly what you see in the photos. Probably the cleanest hotel I've stayed in over the dozens of hotels I've been to visiting Bangkok.

Staff was veary helpful with evrything I needed

Such a great little hotel (with a great cafe below). Everything was incredibly clean, the room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. I often find that hotels at this price are dated and in need of some TLC, but i was so impressed with Belivin. Very smooth self check in too.

Self check in and staff to help with luggage, extremely good responses to all Whatsapp correspondence.

Durch das Café in der Hintertür verschwunden hat schon etwas.
Das Badezimmer mit dem Fenster, ins Zimmer, ist sehr interessant.

Property has great location. Added advantage of the coffee shop on ground floor.Rooms were a good size with a nice bathroom.Comfortable bed and air conditioning.Very clean.

The staff are warm, genuine, and very helpful. They make you feel welcome without being intrusive.

Super cute boat-themed room! The bed and blanket were more comfortable than expected for the price. Great location with plenty of local food nearby, plus a handy kitchenette with a sink and microwave. The host was very responsive and quick to reply.

The self check-in process was super easy and convenient, with clear instructions that were simple to follow. The host was also very responsive and replied quickly whenever I had questions. The room itself was really charming with a lovely nautical theme. The bed was soft, the blanket was very comfy, and there were plenty of local food spots nearby. My room had a little street noise, but the hotel provided earplugs, which was thoughtful and totally acceptable for an older building in Bangkok.
