Pros:

Such a great little hotel (with a great cafe below). Everything was incredibly clean, the room was spacious with a huge, comfortable bed. I often find that hotels at this price are dated and in need of some TLC, but i was so impressed with Belivin. Very smooth self check in too.

Excellent property, slight noise from roads can bother some, walk to BRT is another concern
Pros:

Self check in and staff to help with luggage, extremely good responses to all Whatsapp correspondence.

Cons:

size of room is very very small, no breakfast facility, no cooking possible either walk to the BRT and nearest mall is tough. the bus across the road information came in too late. Bus 1, 15 & 75 would lead to pier and BRT. Pier ferries to all important historic sites, riverside restuarants and iconsiam is the best option.

Pros:

Mir hat die liebevolle Ausstattung gefallen. Ein super Preis Leistungs Verhältnis. Ich komme gerne wieder.
Durch das Café in der Hintertür verschwunden hat schon etwas.
Das Badezimmer mit dem Fenster, ins Zimmer, ist sehr interessant.

Cons:

Eigentlich hat mir alles gefallen.
Wen es jemanden stört ist es ein bisschen laut von der Straße aber dafür liegen Ohropax bereit.

Good rooms, but location wise not so good for all main activities in BKK
Pros:

Self check in, free water refill, elevator on site and cool rooms ;)

Cons:

Loud at the street at peak hours and the toilet would have some stinky odor even before using it… we think it was due to the connection to others toilets ? Like through pipelines

This is a great little hotel for a stay in Bangkok.
Pros:

Property has great location. Added advantage of the coffee shop on ground floor.Rooms were a good size with a nice bathroom.Comfortable bed and air conditioning.Very clean.

Cons:

The only minor criticism would be that with the shower being over the bath stepping in and out of the bath can be slippery and there was no non slip mat.

Charming and comfortable stay with a great location
Pros:

Super cute boat-themed room! The bed and blanket were more comfortable than expected for the price. Great location with plenty of local food nearby, plus a handy kitchenette with a sink and microwave. The host was very responsive and quick to reply.

Pros:

The self check-in process was super easy and convenient, with clear instructions that were simple to follow. The host was also very responsive and replied quickly whenever I had questions. The room itself was really charming with a lovely nautical theme. The bed was soft, the blanket was very comfy, and there were plenty of local food spots nearby. My room had a little street noise, but the hotel provided earplugs, which was thoughtful and totally acceptable for an older building in Bangkok.
