Ottimo per una o due notti.
Pros:

Piscina molto bella è ambientazione in un giardino favoloso. Villette esternamente molto carine. Personale molto gentile e disponibile: hanno anche ascoltato i nostri gusti per la colazione e ci hanno fatto trovare le banane il giorno dopo al primo, che non c’erano il primo giorno.

Cons:

Avremmo gradito più pulizia nelle stanze, piuttosto essenziali, con molti spifferi da cui entravano molte zanzare.
Colazione poco varia, in quanto facevano solamente uova (cucinate in ogni modo) e qualche frutto.
Strada sterrata per arrivare all’hotel.

Pros:

Nous avons particulièrement aimé la piscine, qui était toujours très calme (nous étions souvent que nous 2 lors de nos baignades).
Gros plus à l'équipe de l'hôtel qui ont toujours été hyper à l'écoute, souriant et arrangeant.
Concernant la chambre, tout était nickel. C'était super propre, rien à redire!
On recommande à 100%!

Environnement exceptionnel à proximité de Labuan Bajo
Pros:

Petit hôtel extrêmement sympathique en dehors de Labuan Bajo, le personnel est extrêmement attentif à nos besoins et d'un super accueil. La piscine est très agréable, ainsi que les transats qui y sont disposé autour - le linge pour la piscine est fourni par l'hôtel.

Les chambres sont très grandes et fonctionnelles.

Le petit-déjeuné proposé est parfait pour débuter la journée. Possibilité de le prendre dans la salle aux abords de la piscine ou en chambre - ce qui peut être très appréciable.

Il est très facile de rejoindre le centre ville avec des taxis/grab.

Bons espaces extérieurs mais chambres vieillissantes et qui manquent d’un petit coup de neuf.
Pros:

La piscine était vraiment jolie et le cadre également avec un joli jardin verdoyant. Le personnel était aux petits soins et très accueillant.

Cons:

Les chambres sont un peu rudimentaires, les portes ne ferment pas bien et laissent craindre l’arrivée de moustiques dans la chambre. Les toilettes dégageaient également une assez forte odeur, et mériteraient d’être retapées. Il serait vraiment souhaitable d’ajouter des moustiquaires aux lits. Le quartier est assez excentré de la ville, au milieu des habitations locales, ce qui crée certaines nuisances sonores.

Lovely calm and green property away from the center.
Pros:

The place has a gorgeous garden and a great swimming pool. The little villas are nice with a kind of outdoor shower. The staff there are really, really nice and helpful. There is a small restaurant there, practical for daily needs. The atmosphere is calm, it’s a small property.

Cons:

The property starts to get old and could use a little more maintenance. In addition, I had a multiple communication issues : over my Booking.com , the person who proposed to arrange taxi transfers and activities just NEVER answered. Then I was asked to contact 2 or 3 different WhatsApp numbers - one in Bali and not Flores (?) ; I was even asked to contact the very first number who ignored me; and at the end I could not have a single word of information with this “manager”. However the people actually in the property are lovely so no big issues.

Pros:

garden is nice, villas are pretty, pool is good. staff was nice. our stay COULD have been nice...

Cons:

our toilets were clogged and the smell of feces was strong. difficult to sleep there. also the noise of the party in neighboring village was very loud. we chose this for a quiet night before our flight - well that didnt work out. it was noisy and smelly. without the party and the malfunctioning toilet i guess it could have been very nice. the location is pretty far outside of town, given how wakable labuan bajo is, we would have prefered to stay in the town.

Mooie tuin met huisjes en leuk zwembad. Alles goed onderhouden.

Cons:

Ontbijt traag, personeel spreekt nauwelijks Engels en kan daardoor niet/erg moeizaam helpen bij vragen.

il aurait été parfait sans rongeur
Pros:

très bel hôtel, la chambre familiale se compose de 2 chambres possédant chacune une salle de bain et des WC, les 2 chambres sont reliées par un salon. literie confortable. Petit déjeuner bon mais limité.

Cons:

malheureusement, il y a un poulailler juste derrière l'hotel, ce qui attire les rats ! nous n'avons utilisé qu'une chambre car dans la deuxième chambre, nous n’arrêtions pas d'entendre les rats courir sur le toit et nous en avons même vu un dans la salle de bain.. petites crottes présentes également au sol. personnel alerté.

Super vriendelijk, simpel maar mega goed eten, lawaai in de nacht
Pros:

Omzettend lieve mensen, denken met je mee en doen er alles aan om je verblijf zo goed mogelijk te maken.

Cons:

De locatie was niet top, ook veel lawaai in de avond door de achterburen. Hou er ook rekening mee dat er om 5:00 ‘s nachts een haan 2 uur lang te keer gaat. Verder was het een super verblijf.

As I said we got what we paid for value for $$ further out if the main area than we anticipated

We got what we paid for the staff were all lovely and obliging the pool area was nice overall the rooms were comfortable

Cons:

If we had to make a negative comment some of the room facilities not working TV in some rooms one room had no fridge and we were not notified of the boom boom music from neighboring properties we read it in a note with that plugs sitting on it
